My original order went missing so when i emailed Emmanuela dealt with my problem really quickly and sent a new one out ASAP! She's super lovely and this is always why I go back to love cases! Staff are always so nice and helpful 😊

I purchased a few things from lovecases, they got one purchase wrong. They went above and beyond to correct this mistake. With great express delivery.
The quality and packaging are excellent too.

Love cases are amazing! I ordered a tote bag and received an email to inform me there would be a delay in delivery as they waited for suppliers. An alternative was offered if I wanted it quicker or I could wait. I chose to wait. The parcel arrived just now and had the cutest pink scrunchie and loveheart hair claw as a freebie! Thank you so so much x

We ordered 3 mystery case and a keyring too. And my wife loves them all and all the design are amazing too. We would definitely recommend you to family and friends.

Fantastic company, they always have great deals on and their customer service is outstanding.

On arrival the watch strap was so cute, I was really happy with my purchase. However, the last time I wore it, the jump ring connecting the charm to the watch was not fully closed which resulted in it getting caught inside an item of my clothing. Unfortunately, my watch then fell onto the floor and the screen smashed. This is a shame as I have bought from LoveCases in the past and have had nothing but good experiences. I am still currently using another one of their watch straps- scrunchie style- and it is extremely comfortable for constant wear.

Had a BOGOF offer so thought I would make my 1st purchase. Not disappointed the 2 cases, watch strap and ear pods case are all super cute.

I love that they can be personalised too. My only small comment is maybe a picture or small instruction for the ear pod case would be good it took me a while to fit it so I felt confident it wouldn't fall off.

Overall very pleased and will order again.

Placed an order for some tote bags and Christmas sacks. Quick delivery and good duality products. There was a slight issue with one of the Christmas sacks and on contacting customer services they set to sorting a replacement. Cannot fault the customer service.

Good quality cases that are also super cute. Speedy delivery. I did have an issue with one of my orders, but the customer service was excellent and they sorted it out for me very quickly. Highly recommend and will definitely buy from them again.
