Supposedly luxury products to ‘invest’ in, but Traveller jacket developed a hole in the cashmere lining within <5 wears.

Loro Piana store staff flatly refused to fix the jacket and told me to go to the department store where I bought it.

Department store manager for brand spent a creative few minutes interrupting anything I tried to say, and making up scenarios which (conveniently) would all be my fault. Apparently it is corporate policy not to provide service. Probably also to gaslight customers and take zero responsibility for your faulty product.

Also they lie that you have consented to receive marketing and other emails even when you expressly decline them. Flat-out illegal.

Absolutely hideous, ordered a polo shirt online but it never arrived. After 2 months of being in contact with Loro Piana, they eventually told me they can’t help me and that I won’t get my package, nor will I get my money back.

Loro Piana Bond Street was very helpful when I was looking for a specific pair of shoes for my son for his birthday and they made my trip worth well

Slow service and that’s pitty for such very well known luxury brend. Better buy their items on other online stores with multibrends which are much more faster….

My recent order was the first one, I doubt I will ever order again from them directly, it is much better decision to use for example Luisa via Roma online shop….,

If I am gonna need to return the sneakers I am affraid already I can expect slow service 😕

Again, bettet use any other store with their clothes…..

Ordered a pair of Summer Walk Moccasin (Caviar colour) from the Japanese online store. After 2-3 working days, my purchase' status is still under "processing".

Growing worried, I emailed the customer support and made a phone call to the shop directly. To my surprise, I was told that the item was out of stock and they are going to cancel the order.

Have I not enquired them, I'll be probably left waiting in the dark to receive such news. For Japan's customer service standard, this is unacceptable and disappointing.

I will proceed with caution for my next online purchase.

Ordered an item and they accidentally delivered another persons items, and now they will not send my item (which i have obviously) paid for until the other items are collected. Outrageous.

Excellent service, excellent products. I bought a pair of shoes for my wife for her birthday from LORO PIANA Sloane Street. I was assisted by Hodda. She was incredibly helpful as well as extremely product and fashion knowledgeable. A pleasure to shop there.

I ordered cape coat on the website.
When I try on I found blue chapstick right side pocket.
I was really surprised.
Someone order , wore and returned it .
I sent email but , they didn't reply .
Also , when I call the customer service ,I was waiting more then 20min .
This is horrible company and very disappointed.
I am very busy but , I need to go FedEx for return this order .

Was next door so took a couple minutes to stop by - i wanted an answer to a question I'd posed online but which hasn't been answered in two weeks:
why does the online size guide for Ladies' shoes appears wrong? I have several pairs of their shoes, size 39.5 (I had a pair on) but according to the size guide/foot in cm measure, these should be almost 0.5cm too small.

After first saying the 'e-store' was nothing to do with them (obviously - therefore an unnecessary statement as well as being unhelpful), she smirked at my question and started talking about how everyone's shoe fits them differently.

Complete runaround, incomprehension (feigned or real), arrogant unwillingness to admit there is an issue despite my showing her the size guide. She finally admitted it is wrong and said she would pass the information to her manager. I doubt she will do this as again the smirk appeared. Its a real shame to see how L/P has changed: staff used to be extremely helpful regardless of whether one bought anything.

Two other assistants were within 15 feet of where my discussion with their colleague was taking place yet neither intervened in what was clearly an unhappy customer situation.

I left the shop angry at their rudeness and, if I buy again, it will not be there.

We have many Loro Piana pieces and let me start with the positive: the cashmere is really soft and beautiful.

Unfortunately the brand has a weakness with its zippers though: two of the sweaters and two jackets we have from them have the zippers torn from the clothing. The zippers are also not smooth, making it really difficult to zip up, and once they rip, it becomes almost impossible to zip up. Our products are children ones, and they last less than one kid, so you cannot hand them down to a younger brother or sister.
We have spoken to Loro Piana shopkeepers, who admitted that they also find the zippers difficult when they help customers.

We have gotten in touch with Loro Piana, but unfortunately they were not willing to offer any services without proof of purchase and they did not commit to reviewing their zipper quality either.

Bought a pullover last month, great materials and fit but it is a little expensive. Will be worth it for a once-in-a-while gift for yourself or a loved one

La qualité des chaussures à semelle caoutchouc est déplorable. Après 18 mois les semelles sont d un jaune tabac, inégale et le dessous est tellement rigide que ce sont des patinoires. J en ai 4 paires!

Amazing quality but overpriced and the soles on my open walks have gone yellow over 2 years and i have worn them 5 times maximum. Other than that I love the brand.

I bought a pair of Summer Walk moccasins in linen - iconic shoes in summer version. They are brilliant and I love the fit. I recommend to buy not too big as shoes will fit into your feet size eventually.
You can wear them in any situations like work, casual aperitivo, elegant dinner and even with suits for relaxed wedding in Italy.

By far the highest and finest quality brand , fabrics are one of a kind....luxury all over, stitches, shape, feel... just the most really for what you pay

It is expansive but worth every penny, even more..
