Le comble ? Entendre des critiques sur d'autres clients
sur leur physique ou leur tenue, qui plus est prononcées sans gêne, comme si l’arrogance était inscrite dans la charte de la maison.

To make anyone wait outside the store is arrogant and indecent. I was a customer but I will no longer purchase ANYTHING from this arrogant brand until they realize that ALL customers ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN THIS BRAND. Store managers at loro piana should learn from LVMH, who never make anyone wait outside.

i ordered and they took my money but didn't send the item. a week later they texted me that the item isn't in stock and if i want to change for a different size. Absolutely bad service and i didn't expect this from Loro Piana. It doesn't suit the brand to give this kind of service.

Bought some trousers direct on-line. The stitching around the waist button fell apart after one wear. Contacted Loro Piana and they asked for photos. I sent these. One month later I'm still waiting to get a reply and hear how they plan to address. I assumed I was buying a quality item, from a reliable company. But clearly not.

Loro Piana has a clear quality concern about Men’s Summer Walk Soles turning color and cracking. And a bigger concern with customer service. Loro refuses to take any responsibility for these $1000 dollar shoes falling apart after three years of light use.

Incredibly bad repair service. I bought a bag and the strap was damaged when I took it off. I took it to Loro Piana since it is supposed to have warranty and it is a quality damage and not of use. I have been waiting 10 months to have some news of my bag.

La semelle des mocassins se décolle après quelques semaines, le cuir est de piètre qualité et le service client vous répond que ce sont des produits « précieux » ridicule ce sont des chaussures à 800 eu faites pour marcher !
Gutschein gekauft im Store online nicht einlösbar
Habe zum Geburtstag einen Gutschein bekommen von Loro Piana, gekauft im Store in Zürich. Absicht dieses Gutscheins war, der Kauf einer bestimmten Sandale.
Als ich diese kaufen wollte im Store in Zürich, hiess es dass diese in der Schweiz nicht erhältlich ist. Auch können diese nicht in den Store bestellt werden.
Anschliessend wollte ich diese Sandale im Onlinestore bestellen - dort habe ich erfahren dass im Store gekaufte Gutscheine online nicht einlösbar sind.
Auch Kontakt mit dem Kundencenter war nicht erfolgreich.
Das tolle Label was Loro Piana sein will ist leider nur Fassade.
Don’t buy the Mindil Sandals
Hey I just bought LP Mindel sandals woman yesterday the 2nd of July 2024 flat shoes in Milan because my own shoes from a none brand decided after 3 years to give up just in the front of this shop!! lol
So i bought a pair of flat shoes in orange colour with a string between your big toe and the other one!
Very nice with my dress! And at first (in the shop)comfortable!
But after 1 hour walking all my skin was off between my big toe and the other one ! Just crazy!!
I didn’t want to complain again to my friend so I did take it on me for a while but I couldn’t support the pain anymore!
Unfortunately I became a pain for my friend!!
I couldn’t almost walk anymore!
I had to stop a pharmacy to buy some plasters but it didn’t work much because I did put cream on my body myself earlier!
I had to get to the hotel!! With a taxi!!
Are they not trying the shoes before to sell them??!! No test at all! It’s ridiculous!
I didn’t get time to go back to the shop because I had to travel again! But for this crazy price like almost 800 euros it’s unacceptable ,Period!!
I will never go back!!!

I bought a pair of shoes and the first time I tried to use them a metal string holder broke making the shoes unwearable
I took them to the store in Rome and after a month I’m still waiting to hear bank from them
Shame of you and your company
You don't have any idea how much damage you are doing. The Perubian community is suffering because you and your infinite love for money with not consequences to you... shame on you and your company. Everybody can work together, pay fare price can be win win .... but Not you want everything with out helping anybody.
Beside the slow service
Beside the slow service, my worst experience with LP's online purchases was receiving an obviously worn linen dress that clearly someone had returned and LP's team hadn't bothered to steam-iron. The brand does not live up to the top tier luxury image it seeks to project.
