Do NOT buy ANY products from this company, there are lots of complaints regarding privacy and the company was actually blacklisted in the US. We had a hack of a time to get our data deleted from their system. (We were actually reseller of LOREX). Only threats with law suits helped and it took them still weeks(!) to do so. NO THANKS.

Customer service was great to work with and matched the Black Friday price listed a couple days after I had already purchased the product.

I bought a Lorex system from Costco. Hard drive failed. Got a replacement, hard drive failed again. I used to build computers. Lorex is using Western Digital hard drives. They were bad & cheap HD's 20 years ago and still are. Doing what they do whiring noise just before they fail.

Technician resolved my issue without a lot of asking a lot of extraneous questions.

The agent Carl took care of my problem very quickly and professionally, I can't say enough about the pride he takes in his job of helping people,,in the middle of the mayhem my sell went died and I couldn't get back to him by email and wasn't sure what I could do but about 30 minutes charging my phone and scratching my head the phone rang and low and behold it was Carl asking me was Iwas prepared to finish the reset,,that man didn't have to call back but he did and I think that speaks volumes to what yall have on the other end of a call,,I appreciate him greatly for working through the shooty phone connection cutting in and out with us and him having to ask me two or three times what I said sometimes when he ask me a question,,,
My hats off to him,,give him a raise because you need people like him to be successful 💯%

It seemed I received an older unit that have been already paired and the password set.

However the procedure was efficient and effective.

I called in with an issue with the mobile app. After authentication my issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes.

Worst customer service!!! Don’t buy Lorex, you will be sorry…

The last time I tried to get my password reset. It was not possible as they kept giving me a 6 character password, but the system required 8-15 characters. This time it worked out and Lorex's technician did a great job of leading me through everything to get it straightened up. Thank you so much.

Technician knew which questions to ask and where to go to get the solution. Great job and his communication skills were outstanding.

Waste 2 hours of time. In the end they say that I have to buy new one. I asked what if new one won’t work after a year to buy new one? Yes. Warranty expired not our problem. So, if you want a deal with 2 years long product buy Lorex. Worth costumer service.

My name is zef I am very disappointed on the costumer service they don’t help,I bought DVR on 2017 and now stop working on the phone I called and they told me this device is old don’t receive any updates we can’t help you spending 60 minutes on the phone with her I am very disappointed with Lorex.

She was great, took the time to walk me thru the steps and very patient with me, amazing attitude.

De kleren worden in china gemaakt en dus ook voor Chineze maatjes. Mijn broek komt tot halverwege mijn been. Terug sturen was heel duur volgens hun, omdat t nar china moet en t dan ook vaak kwijt raakt. Er werd mij aangeboden 10% terug te betalen en dan kon ik het aan een ander geven. Daarna zeiden ze dat ik nieuwe krijg een maat groter, alleen toen ik daarop reageerde heb ik nooit meer wat gehoord. Koop hier niks. Je kan niks ruilen of retour doen

The help was great, very knowledgeable and helpfull was a pleasure calling in which rarely happens in customer service, can not recomend to much.
