Great customer service
What made my experience great was the communication and persistence to get my order correct. The pictures and descriptions of the sinks didn't match up, in my mind, and their patience in explaining them helped me to make the right choice for my sinks.

Great quality
Delivered quickly. Great quality farmhouse sink. Issue with minor missing part easily resolved with customer service.

Wet - it does NOT drain fully.
It does NOT drain fully...always leaves behind about a Tablespoon or more in drain creases - it's always wet UNDER THE WIRE RACK...a slight slope is evident, the grate legs don't touch in center, but quite not enough.
I'VE NEVER HAD AN INSERT ON A STAINLESS UNIT SAY TO KEEP IT DRY. That was very disconcerting.
Slight slope on the Faucet side lip would have been much better than thicker as far as functionality goes.

You’re absolutely right—standing water under the wire rack is not what most customers expect, and we’re sorry this has caused disappointment. While our insert is designed with a slight slope to allow drainage, variations in sink installation, countertop leveling, and rack positioning can sometimes affect how completely water drains, particularly around drain creases or under accessories like wire racks.
Regarding the care guidance, the recommendation to keep the surface dry is intended as a preventive measure to reduce water spots and mineral buildup, especially in areas with hard water. That said, we understand how this may have come across as concerning or unexpected, and we appreciate you pointing this out—it helps us improve how we communicate usage and care instructions.
Your comment about the faucet-side lip design is also very valuable. Functional feedback like this is actively shared with our product development team, as we continuously refine slope angles and structural thickness to balance durability and drainage performance.

Lordear did exactly what they promised
Lordear did exactly what they promised. My sink arrived one day early. It was packed with concern and came without incident, That was great and i look forward to it's installation.
However, they respond very badly with email or phone calls. I have questions about their install instructions and hope to get them on the line.

Improvement needed on faucet controls
The knob on faucet in my opinion is a horrible design. I am unable to use hot water temperature without the faucet being on “wide open” . I cannot access hot water on faucet or waterfall feature on low. Therefore, water seems to spray everywhere because it is so forceful.

Very nice for the price.
The sink is just as described and packaged well. The box was missing the mounting brackets for the sink, but we received them quickly after notifying the company - no questions and no hassle. Overall, great experience.

Sink
Sink arrived in beat up box and some scratches on the back side. Lordear responded promptly and worked to fix the situation.

I’m very disappointed in with this…
I’m very disappointed in with this purchase. I tried calling your customer service and got very little help. The water there is no way to adjust the water pressure when you turn the dial to hot water. So when washing dishes the water pressure is so high I get soaked by all water. The sink is fine but the faucet is awful and had I known this I would not have ordered this product. I would like for you to offer some way to fix this problem.

The pictures are wrong - you will receive a different item
The sink that shipped to me is not what is shown online - the shape and dimensions are both different. I've spoken to customer service who advised the sink is no longer manufactured the same way as the online photos/dimensions, but the online listing has not changed. I am replacing a sink with a 10 inch apron so I need the replacement sink to have a 10 inch apron. The sink that was shipped to has a 9 inch apron which is not what is listed. I cannot use the sink that was shipped to me. I was offered $100 for the "inconvenience" but instead I requested a full refund and a return shipping label. Since asking for a full refund, Lordear has stopped responding to me. This is likely a scam company.
