I bought 2 sweaters from Loomhe, size M. When the package arrived, they were poor quality and way too big, more like XL.
I requested information so I could return them for a refund. I was informed they don’t return or exchange for wrong sizing.
I was told I could keep the items (why would I want to!) and offered a 10% refund! I refused and said I was entitled to the full refund. I was then offered 15%. I refused again. Finally they offered me 20%. Unbelievable!
I knew I was getting nowhere with these thieves so I told them to stop making these ridiculous offers.
Be warned by my experience, don’t deal with them.

I ordered a pair of shoes, they were the wrong size I want to replace with the correct size shoe I was not even asking for a refund and they just kept sending the same form letter response did not address my specific issue

Poor quality, poor sizing.

Do not deal with this company. They sent the wrong sized shoes and refused to replace them. They offered me a discount if I bought another pair. Not Very amusing.
After several emails back and forth,I contacted PayPal, who, despite all the evidence I provided, decided for the company, not me. Incidentally, the identical shoes are on Amazon at half the price.

This company is using deceptive advertising to promote their lanterns. They show a flame not a light. They show a flame rising from the bottom of the lantern, not the light dropping down from the top. The size shown is probably more than twice the size received.
When I asked for a refund and a method to return, I was given total lines of BS about the product and then refused a refund. I’m unsure of the date as I’ve thrown it all away.
This company is a total scam. BEWARE!!

Total rip off! Item received was NOTHING like the advertisement and was a piece of junk. Service was nothing like the helpful and return process was at my cost and takes a month. I will never buy from them again and would not trust anything the advertise.

This website and all their products are one big giant scam. I purchased some shoes off their website. They look like they came from a dollar store reject I paid $55 for them. I tried to return them, but they refused the return. I followed their return policy and even offered to pay the return shipping. They went back-and-forth with me offering me 10%. I could keep the shoes 20% but they wouldn’t do the refund just so you know it’s a huge scam. Don’t buy any of their products.
