I am extremely disappointed with this company and their handling of my order.

I purchased a Bosch dryer on November 28, 2025. At the time of purchase, there was no clear information about the delivery date. Only after I had paid in full did I receive an email stating that the product would arrive at the company’s warehouse on December 8, 2025, and that delivery would be arranged after that.

In reality, the company received the dryer only on December 10, 2025. Since then, nothing has gone according to plan.

I was promised delivery on December 17, 2025. Based on this promise, I left work early, because no one else could be at home to receive the delivery. This cost me money. On the delivery day itself, I was simply informed that delivery would not happen due to “transport issues” or something similar. No real explanation, no apology, no solution — just a vague promise that it would be delivered “tomorrow.”

At this point, I am no longer confident that the delivery will happen at all.

This company shows poor communication, missed deadlines, and zero respect for the customer’s time and money. If you value transparency and reliability, think twice before ordering from them. I certainly regret doing so.

I’m a returning customer. Very helpful, polite and friendly staff. Best price also. No hassle delivery. Everything arrived perfect and in perfect working order.

Easy ordering, good price. They phoned the following business day and arranged a delivery day. Text received night before with four hour timeslot. Would have benn be nice to organise delivery ate or timeslot at time of ordering, but this wasn't a big issue for me.

Great to be able to see the products in a showroom and have expert knowledge from a salesperson. The price was very good and delivery / fitting service was excellent

Unfortunately wrong coloured item delivered first time but soon rectified. Pleasant delivery people kept to expected time slot, took packaging away.

Fantastic Bosch upright freezer. Extremely well priced and delivered on date requested.Will to purchase again in the future.

I ordered Bosch fridge on 26th November showing in stock. Next day someone reached out saying they have to order it from Bosch and the eta was 4th December. On 4th December they said delivery would only be on 12th December. Not exactly sure what they were doing for that one week. On 12th December (today) no delivery. Their delivery partner is unreachable. Apparently their van broke down. Not sure what to believe. I ordered exactly 17 days back. I wish I had stayed with AO. I bet they will be faster if I order today. Now I have been told a manager will call me on Monday to sort this out. So I am not getting this on Monday but they will give me a new date on Monday. Never again I am ordering from this company.

Edit: I originally rated them as one star but editing my rating to three stars after they got in touch as promised to solve the problem and sort out delivery on 13th December.

Excellent communication, quick delivery and the best price I could find online for the same product. Would definitely use this company again.

Prompt responsiveness, and courteous conversations with knowlegable staff. It's been a pleasure to

Selling product at a good price .plus free delivery.the cooker arrived early. They rang to confirm the order and the delivery date. Then rang again when the delivery was going to be a week early along with email confirmation. The delivery guy also rang when he was 15 mins away. Very pleasant guy who opened the package to show glass doors were perfect 👍🏻

though it was disappointing to be informed that our appliance was out of stock, the information on expected delivery was exact. It was nice to receive a call to say it was in stock and the delivery process was excellent. A great company to deal with.

Armed with the quote from my kitchen company I saw an advert saying how they offered competitive prices and also discount on multiple items ! I sent in the same product numbers of the items and saved a marvellous £2,000 on my previous quote ! I couldn't believe it !! I have brilliant service from Michael who gave me lots of info and options on alternative products ! Amazing experience genuine company who I've recommended to all my friends . Would definitely say get in touch and get a quote .
