We are a family owned appliance and kitchen company, located in the historic town of Long Eaton, Nottingham. We have been trading for over 25 years and in that time, we have amassed extensive knowledge on the large number of appliance brands and kitchens we sell. In addition to our product knowledge, we have many staff members who have been with us for 20+ years! This ensures you are engaging with dedicated experts. As well as being a large appliance seller, we also design and fit fully project managed kitchens. Our team works tirelessly to ensure our clients leave us feeling we have created their dream kitchen. Very polite and nice delivery driver .Looked at space for fridgefreezrr and said although it would fit in space I wouldn't he able.yo open doors it being s sneg and different shape. Can't fault their customer service and to order another suitable one from same company.

Long Eaton Appliance Company were absolutely superb from start to finish. I initially contacted them with some queries on appliances and they responded almost immediately and were extremely helpful. Did us a deal on two appliances and rang us regarding delivery date. Would not hesitate to use again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great service at a great price
We needed to replace an old, faulty Neff Oven and Long Eaton Appliances were offering what we needed at a competitive price. Our order was followed up by great service. There was regular communication about delivery timelines and what to expect from the courier.

Superb service from the seller through…
Superb service from the seller through to the delivery drivers. A lovely lady in the shop looked on the computer for a Neff double oven, even giving a discount for Black Friday. This wasn’t in stock so she ordered one, gave me a date and kept me informed when in stock. Another call told me it was in stock and a delivery date was arranged. The delivery drivers gave me a 2 hour window the night before then they called on the day to say they would be here in 20-30 mins. Superb service. We have used this shop twice now, once for a take-away hob. Will always start with this shop for appliances in the future.

Excellent installation of our new appliance
Richard carried out the installation of our new double oven. He arrived on time and was professional and friendly and quickly removed the old oven and installed the new one. It was a very smooth operation and I would use Richard again to undertake our next installation
