I received an additional keying with my order. The quality is actually great! I also found a handwritten note in my box. The keyring may not have a lot of value to it but the handwritten note certainly does have a lot of value. It’s truly an effective and kind gesture and a sign of great customer service! ⭐️

Lonestar phone case arrived on time and was beautifully packaged. It’s a great stylish product. I particularly like the look of the card holder and phone case. Tbe free strap was an added bonus

Great customer experience. I was looking for something to hold my phone and passport whilst travelling. The phone holder is perfect, passport is a bit tight, so hoping it will relax a little with use. I have suggested that they make the zip a touch longer.
Nice quality and love the choice of straps.

Packed with love 🥰 the case is nice and the straps even more. I am giving a 4 stars because the credit card holder fits just one or two cards max. Will buy again!

I have been using another brand of crossbody phone cases for a while but had to get them shipped from the USA. They were very expensive but couldn't fine anything similar, until I found Lonestar! I bought the Electra case for my iphone 15 pro max. It fits perfectly and does exactly what I need it to do, i.e it makes my phone accessible easily while also keeping it safe and secure. Perfect for days out and travelling. I don't use it every day but you could if you wanted to. Also have to say that customer service is top notch. Quick delivery and love the choccy treats!

From ordering to being updated on shipping to arrival and oh the most beautifully wrapped, hand written note to the coolest free extra's and additional chocolates it was the ultimate in retail experience, and that is all before I have even talked about the product itself! The case is top quality, Really classy with a stunning red inline on the wallet. It has been 3 days and I have had so many folk admire it. Really stylish and cool.

I received my bag today and I absolutely love it!! I’ve been looking for a phone case/bag for awhile and saw an advert for Lonestar of London im so glad I clicked on it, they had an offer on too which was amazing to receive a spare strap for the bag… I initially made a mistake and their customer service team were quick to pick up on it and contacted me immediately to rectify it, which they did straight away and were extremely helpful from start to finish!! I will 100% order from them again, great company!!! Thanks again ⭐️

Arrived sooner than I had expected with good notifications despite the holidays in between. Item as shown on website.

The perfect little bag - at last! Fits phone at the front with easy but secure access, a strong zipped pocket on the side with lots of space for cash, keys and more; bank cards etc fit in individual slots at the back of the bag for security but easy access.
I also got the AirPod case which looks great and everything is at hand. Wonderful customer service too.

I would have given it 5 stars put parcel was open when it arrived and small strap missing

Well designed item, good quality. Like the forest green colour (Alya cross body) Delivered promptly and nicely packaged. Would like to see additional optional clip-on pouch to carry lipstick and keys as my iPhone is the biggest version and means the zip compartment doesn’t have enough slack in it. Would be fine for smaller phones I think.
