I bought a 50L duffle bag a few years ago.. The valve broke losse without any reason. After making the issue known to Lone Rider they asked for some foto's.. I myself could not find the receipt anymore and the guarantee was way overdue..
Without any hesitation Lone Rider offered to replace the bag with a brand new one without any cost..!!
Even with the warrenty long gone !!!

I purchased a set of MotoPegs for my 2024 Pan Am in 2024. Installation was straight forward and I particularly appreciated the rotation of the MotoPegs while riding. My foot stayed firmly contacted with the pegs. I also have foot issues and the rubber inserts absorbed some of the vibration while riding allowing me to spend 500+ miles on the bike. Unfortunately, a woman hit me on the interstate and totaled the bike and pegs.
After 18 months of rehab and a new 2026 Pan Am, Lone Rider is sending me a new set of pegs under warranty. They did not have to do that. Customer service is OUTSTANDING! I am a customer for life and highly recommend Lone Rider.

I have purchased several Lone Rider Motolights sets with motoCan and undernose bracket for BMW R1200 GS and R 1250GSA. These are the best lights I have ever had, and they make driving in the autumn darkness here in Norway safe. You see animals on the side of the road much earlier and you avoid dangerous situations. Easy installation with motocan without touching the original wiring is superb. Follow-up for questions and errors is excellent and fast. Highly recommend Lone rider.

Having bought several products from lonerider, tent, rackless panniers, topbox, adventure bag, roll top bag, and tank bag, all have been top quality. Have recently had one of my straps come away from the adventure bag, emailed Anna at lone rider to see how to go about repairing it. Only for her to send out a full new bag. Not often you get service like this nowadays. Hats off to lonerider and Anna.

I recently installed the Lone Rider upper and lower crash bars on my 2026 BMW R1300GS Triple Black, and I’m extremely happy with them.
The fit and finish are excellent, and everything lined up perfectly during installation. The bars feel incredibly solid once mounted and provide great coverage for both the engine and upper bodywork. You can tell they were designed specifically for the R1300GS rather than adapted from another model.
One of the best parts is how good they look on the bike. On the Triple Black, the crash bars add a rugged, aggressive adventure look without feeling bulky or out of place. They follow the lines of the bike really well and almost look like they came from the factory.
The overall experience with Lone Rider was great too. Ordering was smooth, communication was clear, and the packaging and hardware quality were top notch. Special thank you to Anna for her outstanding customer service. You rock Anna.

I have the lone rider rackless pannier bags and really like them. When I recently had an issue with a strap clip replacement, the communication was quickly responded to and options provided. Thank you Anna for your help.

Quality products that I have been using for the last 3 years . Overlander bag , bar bag and Mototent.
Recently had a issue with the tent which has had lots of trips in very windy weather and rain.
The support of customer service was brilliant and they have gone above and beyond to sort me out.
In less than a week I have a replacement part of the tent.
I could not fault the quality of the tent as it withstood a very windy night and was still standing in the morning.
I now look forward to many more camping adventures

Superb company to deal with I ordered a incorrect part for my bike from the first point of contact with Anna at lone rider it was a simply return process she sent a link for the correct part this was ordered and my replacement part swiftly arrived. My refund on the incorrect part was also handled as simply and swiftly. I would highly recommend lone rider and will certainly be using them in the future.

I've bought multiple items from Lone Rider, most recently the ADV bags, and I've always been very impressed with the quality. I contacted LoneRider regarding the MotoCase I previously ordered for my R1250GSA as through my own fault, I lost the lock set to allow me to lock it with my bike keys. I contacted LoneRider to ask about purchasing another set and Anna got back to me very quickly and offered to send me a replacement set free of charge which I wasn't expecting.

I bought the full Crash bar upper , Crash bar lower and skid plate. Also the Lone Rider Lights. The product over all I believe is the ive ever seen. Not only is the installation fairly simple , they make it even better with the help of thier walk through installation on YouTube.
Recently emailed lonerider for spare parts ( screws ) and they were so generous to send the whole package with the screws. This effort from them separates Lonerider from any other company ive dealt with in bike world. Hands down Lonerider is the best product made especially focused on the BMW GS ! Thank you guys at Lone Rider. I cant wait to see the new luggage bags released for the GS stock set up. Just take my money ! Let me know when its available.... BTW.... Anna is the best !

I bought them a bag already knowing the brand’s strong reputation, and they completely lived up to it. The bag had a small manufacturing defect, but after contacting customer support, a replacement was arranged in less than 30 minutes.

I was genuinely impressed by how fast and professionally everything was handled.

Le produit offre un design original et une qualité de fabrication de première main.
J'ai néanmoins eu un problème avec les charnières. Ce problème m'a mis en contact avec leur service après-vente. Je ne peux que louer la réactivité et la compréhension de leur service après-vente. La prise en charge a été rapide et efficace, l'envoi de nouvelles charnières immédiat.
