I had top surgery with Miles Berry 8 days ago and I am so pleased with my results, and also I am very happy with my experience at the London Welbeck hospital. All the nurses were amazing and made sure I was okay, and they supported me all the way through from when I was admitted and to when I was discharged. There was no rush on me leaving which was great for me because I really struggled from the anesthesia. The only thing that made my stay abit difficult was that my room was very small, but the hospital itself is very small so I understand that they need the space to hold many patients at a time. However I am super happy with my experience and I’d like to thank everyone for taking such good care of me!!!

From beginning to start my experience with staff and my surgeon Dr Marcellino has been absolutely amazing even the after-care any concerns or worries I have is always put a rest. I would highly recommend this place to do any cosmetic surgery that you might be thinking of doing I’m absolutely happy with my results And wouldn’t trust anyone else with this procedure.

Great experience at this hospital. I felt cared for and well looked after. Location is fantastic too.

Wonderful Hospital Wonderful Doctor Anaesthetic Doctors Operating Theatre Staff and of course Nurses - I was emotional when I walked through the doors because of not having my husband with me and the Nurse who greeted me was so very kind - Thank you so much for looking after me

I had an operation at this hospital on the 17th of December 2024.
I have not got a single bad thing to say at all I was nervous as this was my first operation ever. I went in and the person at the desk was so nice and when my doctors took me in I was also really nervous and scared but they made me feel so at ease. Once I went in for my op the doctors talked me through everything they were doing before I clocked out. After waking up I was super loopy and spoke probably was to much to the doctors/ nurses around me (do apologise 🤣) but my nurse was absolutely amazing she was so kind and caring that I just felt so comfortable with her. It was really an amazing experience for me and I truly thank everyone that was there that day.

Very friendly, competent and caring nurses. Food was good, room was spacious and nothing was too much bother. I felt incredibly well looked after, so much that I chose to stay an extra night

I recently had a tummy tuck and liposuction 27/1/2025. Staff was lovely. . But one nurse was top notch! She was my night time nurse , her name was Lucy! She was amazing, caring , compassionate very polite and sweet! She made my recovery so much better. I think she was bank staff! I think she should be a permanent member of the team x

The Welbeck hospital is absolutely amazing! Every member of staff was so lovely & professional. The nurses & anesthestist were amazing and so caring. I have never in my life seen such caring people. I would totally recommend everyone that works there and my surgeon was absolutely amazing

Two of the nurses were absolutely perfect, the staff were friendly and professional, the facilities were all well maintained and clean. What little I saw of the operating theatre was up to date and tidy. Surgery is no spa day but having my own room and on call help was a lot better than it could have been for my very first real hospital visit.

Absolutely exceptional care from everyone involved, I never thought I could feel so safe in a hospital. The nurses (Esther, Takesure and Helen) and Dr Manole took brilliant care of me during my recovery at the hospital and were quick to respond to any concerns I had. I’d highly recommend this hospital.

Having had some traumatic surgery experiences in the past, I was very scared ahead of the surgery I had at LWH. However I was thrilled that this was far and away the best medical care I have ever received. I had a very difficult time waking up from anesthesia (it took me about 8 hours!) and the nurses and doctors were so patient, kind, and supportive. They never tried to force me out of bed or force me to eat when I couldn't yet, they just kept checking in on me. When I started throwing up, they were very quick to administer anti-sickness medication. When I hadn't eaten all day, gorgeous nurse Takesure made me some porridge just in case I got hungry, even though it wasn't on the menu. My room was so comfortable and I appreciated having a private bathroom. I will never forget the kindness of the staff at LWH, especially the nurses!

The room and food was average. Nursing care mixed. Surgeon and theatre staff amazing. I was sick after operation in the early evening and tried to clean up in bathroom. I told nurse and she said no one free until following day to clean which I was very disappointed at.

Could do with modernising but I was well looked after.
I just wasn’t impressed with being discharged at 8:30am the day after my surgery. Particularly as I had two general anaesthetics in one day.

My experience has been perfect from my first appointment to now after surgery, all the staff were lovely and helpful on the day of surgery and I would highly recommend the Welbeck and Dr Marcellino.

Dr Marsh and his team were amazing, kind, knowledgeable. They made me feel nothing was too much trouble and made me feel very comfortable. My room was nice and had everything I could need for my stay.
My only complaint would be the toast I ordered in the morning for breakfast arrived completely black and burnt, it should never have been served like that.
