I purchased a wig from LVH and received it last Thursday. I’d asked for 130 18 inch unit of straight hair.

My issue is not the hair. It’s the way the unit was constructed I’ve had another one made in the summer and it was finished beautifully but this one looks totally rushed the sides look like they will come away because there is no overlap where the frontal meets the netting and it was bunching up at the crown also there was too bigger gap oin the crown so you could see through the hair. I’ve written to LVH explaining that after you spend a lot of money on the unit. I shouldn’t find myself having to install extra hair or should the sides look like they are about to come away and the response is well wait until the sides come away then we’ll like into it and that they allow 1 inch gap when creating that look. It was more than that and tbh as a customer I am very disappointed with this reply. I’ve obviously made adjustments to the unit now and I don’t want to buy a unit to have to keep sending it back. If this was the case I wouldn’t have bothered to buy from LVH in the first place

Bought the hair in October but only just made it into a wig. If i could give less than 1 star, I would. The furthest thing from luxury. Made a wig which turned into a tangled mess of a birds nest within hours, loads of shedding too. And no i did not cut the bundles, so very disappointed in this company.

My wife ordered bundles from here for our anniversary. Low and behold she was not happy! Neither was I. Although I am a man, i know a lil about hair and quality due to my wife ... even I could tell that the quality of hair is extremely poor especially for the price (considering I unfortunately paid for this) it was not soft. imagine trying to cuddle your Mrs and the hair is just rough? scam artist, nothing luxury about this hair. my wife said it is same quality as buying "premium too" from the hair shop like it is 2010 lol. infact she said the hair shop hair would hold a curl a lot better. all in all we do NOT recommend this company. Men if you're thinking about buying a gift for your Mrs, look elsewhere.

I have taken my time to draft feedback regarding my purchase. The hair was required urgently and I didnt have the luxury of time to request or pursue a solution to my disappointment. I was attending a family funeral and I knew I'd be seeing people that I hadn't clapped eyes on for ages - I just wanted to look my best.

The occasion was more important than my hair so I've put expressing my disappointment on hold until now. I was thoroughly disappointed with my purchase from London Hair Company - in the future I will seriously consider finding another supplier.

I ordered 3 lengths of hair Luxury Deep Wave - Natural Colour 18",20" & 22", and a Luxury Deep Wave Closure - Three-part 5x5 closure. Total cost of around £400. Although each packet of hair clearly labelled the different lengths I could see no difference in the lengths between any - I thought 'Is this my imagination?', but my hair stylist of almost 20 years was in total accordance.

As I mentioned there was no time to seek a resolution so I had to proceed with my installation regardless. The closure was also a disappointment as there were no baby hairs and the edge appears thick and unsightly - every day I have to undertake a little bit of imaginative styling so it's not visible. If I'm out in public my partner gives me a signal if it needs a little re-adjustment. So all in all not a great experience and not a great purchase. I have received several emails from London Hair Company asking me for my feedback, so now you have it! I did send this review to appear on their website but they only feature their positive reviews.

I have purchased from this company a few times now and the hair is so soft and curly. The quality is outstanding and the curls bounce back after been washed. It’s next day delivery, packaged well and customer services is always on hand. Credit to Natalie who always seems to be on hand with quick responses. If your looking for quality bundles, I highly recommend.

The hair is horrible. It came and it wasn’t even styled so I sent it back but the sent it back saying they don’t do returns on wigs. It’s not real human hair as it had so many different colours of hair running through it. There was lots of red thread and grey hair running through it. The hair even smells funny.

I ordered hair from this company weeks in advance of my birthday. I go to track the package and it only says “leaving the UK” for WEEKS! I tried to contact their customer care through email multiple times, even left comments on their instagram and no replies at all. Terrible terrible service and I haven’t received my hair. A complete SCAM! Be careful!

I have be purchasing hair from this company for 3 years there have affordable prices and amazing hair quality. They have have the best lace for closures and frontal. I would highly recommend.

Really happy with the hair and with the service

I was very disappointed when I received this wig in the post. It looked nothing like the picture, the hair was not in good condition, it was matted and shedded when I ran my fingers through it.
I asked for a refund and offered to send the wig back as I had no intention of wearing the poorly made wig, they do not offer refunds. After going back and forth they offered to restyle the wig and paid the postage for me to return the wig.

After they restyled the wig, it did look and feel better. After a few days of wearing the wig, one of the tracks had come loose, and also the combs at the back had come loose. I have not got the energy to go back and forth again regarding this wig.

I would definitely not purchase another wig from this company, I've told family and friends to avoid using this company.

After spending nearly £350 on a wig, I expect an extremely highly made wig, unfortunately this was not the case.

Do not order from this place!! I ordered 4 bundles of “luxury” straight hair and when the hair was installed it looked thin as anything and the quality is absolutely shocking! So disappointed considering I ordered this hair for my birthday and had to take it out the next day. I emailed for a refund and they said it’s not possible as it’s been opened but how does that make sense when you clearly have to install all bundles to then see the density of the hair. Just please do not spend a dime on this place it’s shocking

Having ordered a few wigs from London virgin hair now, I can 100% I wouldn’t buy them from anywhere else! The customer service down to the colouring and stylist, they have been done exactly how I described. Can’t fault them and I am very satisfied.

The hair is beyond dreadful, don’t waste your money. It smells awful when styling even after a multiple washes. I bought Brazilian body wave and it doesn’t keep the curls, it drops within minutes. It tangled so bad, you can’t run your hand through it to calm it down. I can’t describe how terrible the hair is. It should be illegal for this company to operate under virgin hair. The hair is just the same crap you get for £20 in the shops. The worst

I assume the 5* reviews are them asking friends and family to come here and write something. They are oddly personal to be genuine.

Its aliexpress hair, I have developed a skin condition after wearing the hair, probably because of the chemicals used....
its just like aliexpress hair but more expensive.....

Quick service, good quality and i’m on my second install. The hair still looks good, still flowing and minimal shedding. Definitely think the luxury straight is worth it. It has more shine, less shedding and in my opinion more longevity. As always, i’m happy with my purchase.
