Hey ladies and gentlemen.Purchased Kinky straight hair from stockist Oddel. The hair is Hollywood quality, I had it installed today and I feel amazing and look fantastic. The weft is light weight and the texture is fabulous, my fingers are sliding through with no tangle. I will wrap my hair tonight and tie with a silk scarf and pop a bonnet for extra luxury. It’s so easy to manage and will definitely last the full installation timeframe. Don’t delay guys purchase from Oddel, you will not be disappointed. My hair arrived within 5-7 days AMAZING!!

I bought the burmese curly hair from this company, when it arrived I realised it was an off black colour. I wanted jet black burmese curly hair to match my naturally curly black hair. I sent an email on 21/08/23 to Oddel to request a return as per their returns policy. I started getting anxious because days were passing and I had not received a response from them
and I was thinking of the 14 day policy that if I did not return it within this time frame - I would not be able to get my money back. I went on their website to see if I could contact them that way. I went on their 'contact' platform - which takes you to a 'get in touch ' platform To my utter dismay after typing out my return request there and explaining that I had sent them an email and was getting concerned because they had not responded to me- I clicked the 'submit' button and it didn't work - i tried several times to no avail. I was travelling out of town in a few days time so on the 24th I decided to send the hair back via a Royal Mail tracked signed for service. This is because if I had left it for when I got back the 14 days would have elapsed - and by this time I still had not received any response from Oddel.

The hair was delivered successfully, however Oddel are refusing to acknowledge the return citing that I didn't follow their returns policy. Oddel They are saying they are not always online to respond to emails and that I should have waited for a response from them before returning the hair. But also they are saying they didn't actually receive the email -Unbelievable!

I had used Klarna to make this purchase which is a pay later option. However, if Oddel don't acknowledged they received the hair back I'm faced with the possibility of paying £360 for hair that I returned.

Seeing how Oddel never actually responded to my request to return the item, my instincts were correct to send the item back because if I had not sent it back within the 14 days- they would have now used the 14 day policy against me and say I kept the hair beyond 14 days hence I'm not entitled to a refund.

I'm not sure if anyone else has had this kind of experience, but this is appalling. I have now had to initiate a legal challenge - SO SEE YOU IN COURT !

The hair is of very superior quality raw virgin hair! The seller is very good at communicating and the shipping was very fast. Would definitely buy again.
