On time, informative, gentle with the needle and extremely professional. They also had all the vaccines I needed, including rabies, which my local clinic had run out of. Couldn’t really ask for more.

Amazing staff. It was a warm day and the reception kindly offered us and the kids water as soon as we came in. We were swiftly taken away to the room where the health care professional (Sadia) gave us great advice and administered the vaccinations to the kids and helped us schedule all the follow up vaccinations.

I had a really good experience with Annie at LVC. I don’t like needles and needed 6 vaccinations across two appointments. Annie was extremely patient, accommodating and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend her and LVC to anyone who is needlephobic.

I went to LVC (Liverpool Street Clinic) for a post-exposure rabies vaccination (one dose), and was seen by Annie. She was calm, clear, and professional. I appreciated how she explained everything and made the whole process feel simple and safe. It really helped at a stressful moment. Five stars go to Annie. Thank you.

I wanted to leave a review for Annie, who we visited 3 times at the LVC Liverpool Street Clinic in the City.
She couldn’t of been nicer or more accommodating if she tried. What a lovely lady. My daughter is going to South Africa on a trip with her college, although she has Autism and extreme anxiety regarding needles. Annie was SO incredibly patient with her. She really took her time to put her at ease and to take her mind off of the vaccinations. Which in turn also put me at ease.

Excellent at Hanover Square. Professional, pleasant advice. I went for two vaccinations. Advised that I did not need one of them, and given the other very efficiently.

I am phobic about hospitals and needles and can get seriously hysterical. But Lucy in the Kensington Clinic was AMAZING. It was done before I had time to think. 100% recommend. She is efficient, kind and funny.

My girlfriend went to get a DTP travel vaccine, and the London Vaccination Clinic nurse persuaded her to get a couple more vaccines suggesting it would be part of her work medical insurance.. - it wasn’t. She was charged almost £300 and then only after she found out it wasn’t covered. Extremely irresponsible behaviour from the nurse and quite frankly can be accounted as malicious sales practice worth reporting to the Trading Standards. She spent 6 months trying to save up some money to bring her sister on a trip, all of that is gone now. She might have been naive but the nurse/clinic’s practice is very much suspicious!

The vaccine for my daughter went well. I am happy with the experience at the clinic.

Lucy at LVC was absolutely brilliant. I am flying to India so had typhoid, tetanus and hepatitis A injections which were administered effortlessly with all the medical information (possibly side effects) and top tips of what to and not to do when travelling. The whole experience was excellent, super professional and Lucy was warm, kind, friendly and very efficient. I recommend LVC highly.

I attended this clinic in 2023 and had a follow up query today 20/1/25. They were very quick to respond and provided the information I required.

Great experience with LVC! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Put me at ease with any queries I had and gave me lots of information regarding vaccines for my upcoming trip to Goa.

Booked an appointment for a flu vaccine and was looked after very well by Lucy. She took me through a check list of questions before administering the jab. In and out in 10 minutes, lovely relaxed atmosphere and will definitely use again in the future. Excellent.

Brilliant. Clear explanation, trustworthy and efficient. Going to Ecuador and Galapogas and needed advice. Received friendly and promptly by receptionist lady followed by Erin's precise questions and vaccination advice and had it all done in 15 mins ! Highly recommended. (London Bridge)

All excellent, very efficient - but incredibly hard to find. Not the fault of the LVC but very bad signage in the Engine Room at Battersea Power Station. I had a flu jab - very quick, good value - would use again.

The nurse on duty was professional, friendly and relaxed. So expert I did not feel the syringe at all. Very easy to arrange and reschedule appointments. Would recommend it companies and workers looking for a reliable and professional service.

Went in for a flu vaccine. Super efficient and friendly service. In and out in 10 mins. Great and convenient location near Liverpool Street in London. Would definitely use again for travel vaccines and flu.

I'll start with the negatives. My consultation appointment (and subsequent vaccine) was for the BCG jab. The two buildings I went to didn't scream "clinic". They aren't particularly well signposted, and if I didn't check my journey half a dozen times before I arrived I may not have thought I was in the right place. But that's all I can say negatively regarding the service. I was consulted by one nurse, who was perhaps the most approachable healthcare professional I have ever personally spoken to. They were willing to have a casual conversation and get to know my needs. They seemed to have a wealth of professional knowledge - which I always love to see as a healthcare professional receiving a service. I was asked if there was anything else I was after on the day, which was great as I didn't know they did the HepB Booster and that saved me a whole lot of hassle chasing up that jab. I was given the Mantoux test - which didn't hurt or even inconvenience me. If I wasn't told that I would have a little lump, I never would have noticed it. Two or three days later, I had the BCG jab. Again, different building, which didn't seem particularly branded or like a clinic. But, the nurse that saw me there - different to the first one - was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. She gave me plenty of pre-vaccine and post-vaccine counselling, and the whole thing was over in seconds. Later that day, I received my vaccination proof certificate in an email, and just like that it was all done.
Bottom line: Do I wish I went anywhere else? No. If I needed further vaccination in the future, would I go there again? If they provided the vaccine I needed, almost certainly. Was it worth the price? These days, you get what you pay for. If you can afford to go private and pay for a vaccine, go here - the service is worth the price.

Very efficient service. Emails always returned with prompt reply to inform us of arrangement for the day we had arranged for flu vacs for staff at our college.
Chazile brilliant very efficient put staff at ease kept to appointment times which was brilliant thank you.

Sadia was so wonderful and helped me feel so calm and relaxed while I got my vaccine.
