Med helped me out, I was anxious because I damaged my inner ear before the appointment but he was really gentle with it and removed all 👍

I am very happy with the service. they have reasonable prices and easy to book appointment.

Prompt effective treatment got me hearing again without the ‘cloth ears’previously. A charming young lady carried out the procedure without fuss and in a professional manner. Will return if need in the future.

The clinic was very straightforward and clean.
The ear technician who dewaxed my ears was very efficient, friendly and explained everything giving me confidence in him.
My appointment only started 15 minutes late and it was because the previous client arrived late.
The only downside was the less than helpful receptionist who was bordering on rude.

Removal of ear wax . I surely had a problem with a blocked ear so ventured to London Hearing. The process was quick and painless. All activities were explained. Felt very comfortable. Highly recommend

The chap explained everything to me very clearly, advising me on what I should do next with my ears, only down fall if you have mobility issues there’s a high flight of stairs to climb

Was kept waiting of 40mins with not much of an apology. Charged me for both ears even though she only had to do one ear. The other she just looked at. Won’t use again.

The experience was good. I got my ears cleaned and had a free hearing test. I asked to have the graph from the test sent to me so that I can discuss it with my husband before considering getting some hearing aids.
I am still waiting...
