Second time I've used this company and still impressed with speed of response. They came out very quickly and at the weekend too. Diagnosed the problem with my Miele clothes washer and then sent me the link to purchase the new part. They came out again a few days later to fit the part once it had been delivered at no extra charge. Followed up with an after-sales phone call to check on the machine. Very good experience and have already recommended to my friends

Very happy with the service. Our dishwasher broke suddenly and I was able to secure next morning appointment. Harvey arrived on time and got everything repaired in half an hour. He stayed a bit longer to make sure everything was working properly. Great service!

Our Bosch washing machine stopped working out of nowhere. We'd just moved in and trying to buy a new washing machine would have been annoying. After initially wasting time with an electrician who couldn't do anything and stilled charged £25 I searched for a professional. A google result pointed me in the direction of this business. After a quick and seamless intake an booking, I booked a Saturday spot. Ismail attended and after a quick review, told me it was a heating element. After guiding me to buy that and then following up with another quick message to buy a new sensor, in case, I ordered.

The fee of £129 includes diagnosis and install. After receiving the part, Abdul attended the premises and quickly and efficiently made the repair. After doing this he tested it, sent a follow up video and image of the dirty heating element and successfully fixed the washing machine.

For a £68 part and the fee, they have saved us a lot of cash and time and I recommend their services!

From the initial call to our washing machine being fixed, there was nothing but clear communication and excellent service.

Our washing machine lock had broken and I contacted LDAR after searching on google and seeing their good reviews there.

The job was assigned to Ismael who was punctual, polite and very professional. He identified the issue quickly and found the part needed online and gave it to me to purchase directly. No worry of being charged 400% cost of parts like some other companies do.

Part arrived the next day and he returned to complete the job, on a Saturday, no further charges incurred.
