I have used London Diamonds twice, to make a custom engagement ring and wedding band. Both times the service was incredible and the quality of the designs, rings and diamonds were second to none.

I first came to London Diamonds after a previous jeweller struggled to make my engagement ring. It was a very difficult ring to make but when I approached London Diamonds with my ideas they got the design right the first time round! Their communication was excellent, their time management was spot on and their advice throughout the process was spot on. Since the ring has been made, my partner has been back for resizing a few times and we have not been charged a penny. I returned this summer for them to make my wedding band too, which they knocked out of the park!

I do not trust any other jeweller to make any custom jewellery for me now. I will always return to London Diamonds because they are honest, professional, experts in design and give the best customer service you can imagine. James, maggie and the team are incredible. A very happy and loyal customer here!!

James was my point of contact and he was exceptional from start to finish. He guided me through every step of the process, answered all my (many!) questions with patience and honesty and helped me design a stunning ring that far exceeded my expectations, both in quality and value.

There was zero pressure throughout, just professional advice and a clear passion for what they do. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both world-class customer service and incredible craftsmanship, but London Diamonds absolutely nailed it.

London Diamonds have been amazing! Miranda specifically has been great during the whole process of designing my ring. We went back and forth a few times to make sure it was perfect and the rest was dealt directly with my, now fiancée, James so I didn’t know all of the details.

From the day my partner originally bought my ring, to 2 years later, I can’t fault James and his team! They are always so quick to respond and help with any questions I have. I recently sent my ring in for a clean and to have some sizing beads add. The team were quick and efficient, especially considering I left it to the last possible moment before I went on holiday. James and the team really went above and beyond to make sure I got my ring back in time for our holiday. Genuinely the best group of people I have ever had the pleasure of talking to! These guys are TOP, extremely patient, do not push or rush you and listen to exactly what you want.
