Thank you Harris for the referral, really looking forward to meeting the dermatologist!

If you have any kind of eczema or inflammatory skin problem DO NOT visit this clinic. A 10 min chat only to hear what we already knew. They dont have ANY new treatments or knowledge. No dietary advise, no explanations. Our doctor was afraid to engage in dialogue and she was extremely unhelpful. We understand the conditions but expect you to do something different for the charges. Money not the problem when authentic care is offered.

Do not be fooled by the Harley street name, this clinic is dodgy as anything. The practice is in a tiny, dingy, shoddy space. They are blatantly misleading customers about price points and cramming way too many appointments in a tiny space of time. My consultation lasted all of 1 minute - £250 for this is OUTRAGEOUS. I don’t think the best doctors in London charge that for a 1 minute consultation. Clearly a lot of people are misled to think you can have the whole procedure included for a similar price well let me tell you, you can’t. They’ll try to get 5x that out of you. Stay away - this place should be shut down.

This is a shoddy medical practice which is renting out a tiny space (just two rooms and a desk stuck in the corner) to get the Harley St address.

I was quoted £295 over the phone for a mole removal. However, following an initial consultation I was taken into a room to see the 'manager' and told the real cost was £4,800 but they would be willing to do it for only £2,400.

Stupidly, I went ahead. The procedure only took 10 minutes and didn't justify the price tag.

Frankly, I'm surprised this place hasn't been shut down.

This clinic is highly unprofessional. My appointment was for 4pm, but upon arrival they told me there was a mix-up with the appointment times, and the doctor would not be there until 5pm. They offered £100 discount for the mix-up, and assured me the wait would only be an hour. Other people were also waiting, as their appointment times had also been wrong. Finally, after waiting 1.5 hours, I saw the dermatologist about an intensely itchy rash all over my scalp and neck. The doctor hardly took a glance at the rash, told me it was an allergic reaction to something unknown, that it would be impossible to find the cause, that I might have the rash for months and that I was lucky it was not over my entire body. She then proceeded to write out a prescription for steroids, of which there is a further charge for (they do not tell you this before in pricing information). She rushed the entire consultation, as there was a long que of angry people waiting with messed up appointment slots. I have since discovered I had an infestation of common head lice. The fact that a dermatologist could not correctly diagnose a case of pediculosis is appalling. The entire experience was shocking for a private health service.

I had a horrible experience at this clinic. It is my opinion that the pricing for procedures is not transparent enough from the outset. I had less than 60 seconds with the surgeon before I was sent for pricing.

The pricing on the website stated that the procedure costs start "from £295". no further information on pricing was provided until AFTER my 60 second consultation. I was then quoted £1800 for the minor operation to remove a cyst.

surprised, I declined this cost after the employee tried to further haggle with me over the price... once I declined I was informed that the 60 second consultation would cost me £295 and the clinic was happy to send me on my way.

It is my opinion that this practice borders on predatory behaviour. I was left stunned, angry, and felt that I had been scammed out of £295 to confirm a diagnosis which the NHS had already given me.

Given that the practice has a detailed pricing sheet which ranges wildly in cost, it is curious that only “from £295” is the only available pricing information on their website. Had I known that this procedure could range into the thousands, then I may have considered other options, and I most certainly would not have opted to pay £295 for a diagnosis I already had.

I will be seeking a refund.

This company should not be practicing. Had a cyst removed, they charged me 3 x the standard pricing and didn't follow correct procedures for the removal of the cyst. Within weeks the cyst had returned and they would not do anything about it

I was referred by a Harris from the other clinic site who was amazing to begin with. Made me feel rest assured and kept myself in the centre of their care. Before proceeding for a hair transplant it was advised to come and see a dermatologist for a lesion that has been visibly irritable and bothering me.

Well 1 star is a joke as i can't give less, literally just walked out and got charged £160 for the pleasure of them trying to rip me off. Booked and appointment and was told a price after explaining what i needed doing, when i got there they tried charging me just under 3k what i was qouted 295 for🤷‍♂️ even tried charging me 295 just because i was walking out ,tried telling me the lump i had was 10cm when only last week i had an ultrasound and it wasn't even half that, how they can tell with one poke compared to multi million pounds equipment beats me.
This place should be closed down before they rip off every single person that walk through its doors and i will even inform the medical council as this should not be something that is done in this day and age, everybody that is thinking of going or even searching this place, don't waste yoir time

I booked a 1230 lunchtime appointment to have a skin tag removed from my neck. I was kept waiting for 50 mins. When I finally walked into the surgeon’s room he waved at arm at the chair, made no eye contact with me nor any attempt to apologise. I decided to leave.

LITERALLY THE WORST experience I’ve ever had going private!
After waiting 45 minutes with my 2 year old son, we were seen, the consultation was no longer than 2 minutes (£250) the woman wrote a list on a piece of paper of some moisturisers I could buy at a drugstore. She didn’t touch his eczema, didn’t ask anything about his diet or lifestyle, it was honestly the most bizarre thing. I had to ask her if she wanted to see the eczema to which she shrugged, she was so disinterested! I have since been to another dermatologist who put my son on antibiotics saying his eczema was infected! So how this ‘dermatologist’ didn’t spot that is beyond me. He was in a really bad way! Just DO NOT GO HERE! save your money! Google would probably help you more than anyone at this place!

Absolutely shocking service I was not told about the £249 consultation before going to the clinic and then was rushed into a procedure that I never knew the process of.After speaking with the doctor briefly, I was i had the procedure and was rushed out without being able to ask questions .I have since been phoning and trying to get Through to someone to advise me on when stitches can be removed. No one has bothered to contact me back and every time I call they say they will pass it on and no one gets back to me. I paid £500 for a simple procedure and they are not even bothered to let me know about the stitches / after care

Would recommend to anyone!

Don’t waist your time.
Although you will pay something close to 300 pounds (including prescription), this is not top quality service.
Make sure you come to the appointment prepared with questions on your condition. Also you might not get an accurate prescription, I had to chase for an additional prescription to get another cream bottle as what was prescribed was not sufficient for 2 weeks…
This shouldn’t happen when paying for a private doctor. And they ignored my last email too. Not recommended !

I'd rather cut off the bad eczema areas (like my hands, legs, and neck) than go back to this practice. The £250 "Consultation" was 2 minutes where the doctor didn't even inspect my skin before writing a heavy prescription for steroids.

Paid £750 for blood tests and still chasing them 4 weeks later for results when the lab operator who took my blood said it should take a maximum of 3 business days...

Still no response after 10 phone calls, now needing to escalate the issue by contacting London's Medical Commission Board.

Beyond disappointing.

I found the clinic online and wanted to get a couple of very small moles removed. I called them and they said they can fit me in at 4pm. I showed up on time and was waiting for 30 minutes and told the doctor was running late.
I finally see the doctor and had a ‘consultation’ which lasted a minute, she looked at me and said she can remove them no problem and that was it. She didn’t properly examine them or anything. I then was sent into another room and told the price to remove a few tiny moles would be around £1800 which is ridiculous. I said I cannot believe the prices and was going to leave it, all to be told I then had to pay a £250 consultation fee. I couldn’t believe it and told them that they never warned me of any fee, didn’t mention it on the phone or email. She then suggested a discount which was still very over priced but I felt very pressured and had everyone starring at me waiting for me to decide what to do. I felt very uneasy and ended up saying I will only have 2 removed. I was put in a room and the doctor came in through a back door without explaining what was going to be happening and before I know it she injected me and quickly cut my moles off it felt extremely rushed and it was over and done with in a minute and she left without speaking to me. The other nurse in the room spoke to me before I left but I felt so rushed and uneasy the whole way through. My experience was very unpleasant and my moles are still healing right now they are just sore patches so I hope they heal okay. I came away from the clinic feeling very unsettled and the ‘consultation’ fee is something they should make a lot more clear.

The doctor was extremely experienced. Her stitching was immaculate. She did my scalp and I have curly hair, hair not cut or damaged

Firstly two appointments cancelled. Quoted on phone £150.00 for consultation and roughly £150.00 for lump removal based upon the photo I sent in. When I get there I’m told consultations are £295.00 which was for a one minute meeting with the doctor. The doctor isn’t here yet as she is held up in traffic and will be 25 mins late. I’m then told the lump removal will be £1400.00 but surprise surprise if I speak to the doctor she may do it for £900.00. So I’m effectively trapped in paying £295.00 for a one minute consultation if I don’t go ahead with the treatment. The treatment takes 10 minutes.
Before making the one hour journey to have the stitches removed I decided to ring and check that someone will be there for my appointment and are told no one’s here today despite me having a booking ????
This place has no feel of it being a private practice.
