The service I received from London DE was first rate. They created a bespoke eternity band for my wife, to celebrate our tenth wedding anniversary. London DE were helpful, flexible and returned emails and phone calls quickly and efficiently. The finished product was perfect.

Absolutely stunning pair of diamond earrings that was won via their charity raffle, photos don't do it justice with the way they sparkle! Customer service from London DE is exemplary, I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

I won a gorgeous diamond pendant from here. Excellent communication and speedy delivery enen during these difficult times. The pendant is in fact even more stunning in the flesh than the advertised picture. So delicate but incredibly beautiful. I'd definitely recommend London D E for anyone who loves their exquisite jewellery.

I met a lovely friend of mine zakia, for lunch one day and I was telling her how I wanted to get my fiancé’s wedding band engraved into something special, in Arabic. I was afraid that I wouldn’t find anyone who would do it perfectly.

She told me to leave it with her, she booked me a consultation with Phil Spencer. I told her that I was worried if London.d.e wouldn’t engrave my ring as I bought it previously from another jewellers, but she told me not to worry. After my first consultation with Phil, I felt like I could trust him to get exactly what I wanted without stressing about a single thing, and he did exactly that.

I went in for a second consultation and this time with the lovely sales manager Tobias Graham, he told me that engraving in Arabic wouldn’t be a problem at all and that it would only take 5-6 days! He was not wrong at all. He kept me updated, and he even got the ring delivered to my address.

When I saw the final result I was almost in tears, they had engraved it ever so perfectly and the Arabic text was on point. Not one mistake. I was so impressed.

Now that I know about London.d.e I will most definitely get my jewellery from them. I trust them 100% and I have already hinted to my fiancé that my one year anniversary gift should be a diamond from London.d.e’s beautiful collection. ;)

I had an excellent experience with London DE. Tobias was extremely helpful, and kept me up to date throughout the process of choosing and then designing a ring before my chosen deadline. They had a wide selection of jewels and at no point did I feel that the sales process was pushy. The end product was fantastic and I would highly recommend.

I found this company via Trustpilot and have not been disappointed. I was purchasing an emerald (with diamonds) for our 40th wedding anniversary for my wife (in secret!) and wanted one from Columbia to be made into a half eternity ring. Part of the enjoyment in undertaking such a rare task is enjoying the service and trusting the person one is dealing with. I met Phil four times in all over a six month period - the first two visits really to get to know who i was dealing with and to review a sample of emeralds. Phil helped me choose a quality Muzo emerald and also assisted in selecting the final setting. He was patient - no "hard sell" - which is what I wanted.
The final outcome delighted my wife, which was a relief! Some final adjustment to sizing required which was included in the price. I would use Phil again (for the 50th perhaps?!)

Choosing the right wedding rings can be a daunting prospect but fortunately we found London DE and they made the whole thing simple! They guided us throughout the process and we were delighted with the end result. Our rings were excellent value for money (we shopped around and could not find the same quality for the same price elsewhere). When we were in the advanced stages of planning our wedding it was such a relief to know that those all important rings were taken care of. I cannot speak highly enough of Phil and his team, both in terms of their professionalism and customer service, and I would unreservedly recommend them to anyone looking for bespoke jewellery for that special occasion.

I had a wonderful experience from Phil and his team when purchasing my beautiful engagement ring. Phil made me part of the process from end to end, including the ring design and the choosing of the stone. He kept me up to speed through out the build until it was ready and offers free post services to ensure continued brilliance and fitting. The end result was nothing short of spectacular.

I recently purchased a pair of beautiful Colombian emerald and diamond earrings from London DE. I could not have been more pleased with the service they provided and the professional manner in which Phil and Rory interacted with me - they were so patient and helpful!

Buying jewellery in Hatton Garden can be a bewildering experience so it was a real breath of fresh air to find a bespoke jeweller that specialises in coloured gems and really understands them inside out.

I was able to trace the origin of my emeralds right back to the mine in the Muzo region of Colombia because LDE's partner business actually produces and distributes the gemstones so you can be sure you are getting the best possible value for money.

Having been recommended by a family friend I inquired as I was seeking to buy an eternity ring. Phil was really helpful in guiding me through the myriad of options from stones to ring types (mind bending choice). It was a completely different experience to the hard sell I’d found in most Hatton Garden retail shops. When it came to creating the ring design and making stone selection I met with the actual craftsman in person who went through a careful consultation to get the design just right. Extremely pleased with the result, especially the competitive price. So pleased even I’ve also brought a new engagement stone, again great/patient service, with a massive choice of stone and well beyond those on offer from any shop or online retailer I tried.

I would recommend London DE unreservedly - particulary on the strength of advice offered by Phil Spencer. I am somewhat biased but don't bother going anywhere else for engagement rings!

Fantastic. Having an engagement ring made is a scary thing, you hope it turns out like you imagined but mine turned out even better!
