We invested over 100k through Clann investment in 79th group but still not received our funds back as 79th Group is under police investment for widespread fraud of 200 million pounds.
Clann investment believed that it was best investment and they emailed , which I am copy pasting as below, so that any investor themselves can decide-

Hi Ron,

They have a cap at £500m total raise, not because they need all these funds, but because they have 3,000 active investors and many invest in multiples of millions.

The are regulated as I mentioned by a security trustee that audits the company every quarter, their role is to ensure at any one time the company has liquidity and assets to cover all investment. They cannot operate above their means.

The investment certainly is not too good to be true, it is just perfected and well ran.

We invested 101k through Clann investment in 79th group in September, 2024 for 1 year bond but still not received 101k back yet.

79th group is under police investigation for wide spread fraud.

Interestingly, Clann investment is doing their best for blocking this information to reach other innocent investors. Our aim is just to inform truth what happened to us so that other investors can decide themselves.

Patient and informative, after being in conversation for a few months, I recently made my first investment with Clann (after visiting their office) and couldn't be happier. Great products and really nice team.

I first invested when the company traded as Gets Property, name changed and now Clann Investments. I was assured that the loan notes were asset-backed and that Trustees were appointed to look after investors’ interests. I later discovered that the company was also not FCA-regulated and did not hold indemnity insurance in the event of a mishap.

Scott was always friendly and helpful, but I now realise that the protections I assumed were in place simply weren’t. For anyone considering investing, verify regulation, insurance, and trustee structures directly — don’t rely on assurances alone and look at their past history.

Professional service. Property nearly completed, updates are regular.
