Lola's - Lola's Victoria Anmeldelser

Bought a vegan and normal selection of cupcakes fir birthday celebration. Both were moist, tasty and enjoyed by all.

Really friendly service. The staff was polite and helped me pick out my cupcakes and broke down the ingredients so I picked the right one.

Tasted great, also the online support is amazing !

Easy to order. Decent price. Delicious cake

The design of the cake was as in photos and the taste was good, but you wrote wrongly the name of the birthday person even though the order was made online and the name in the order was written correctly. One of your team member even called to confirm the name and still wrote it wrongly and that was not the best surprise for the birthday boy and parents…
Please pay more attention next time as we didn’t get at least 5% discount or any apology’s…

One of the best cakes I’ve ever tried! So fresh and delicious! Thank you Lola’s cupcakes now we know where we going to buy birthday cakes in the future for sure!

The order experience and updates made things very easy. The carrot cake with personalised birthday message looked wonderful & the cake itself was absolutely delicious.

I was very happy with the service I received by the young girl at Lola’s Victoria Station. The cake was very nice but perhaps a little over priced

The cake was delicious. It was well packed and kept well for us to pick it up from the chosen store Victoria.

Easy online ordering and many pickup locations in London.

Disappointing Experience with Repeated Poor Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with the repeated poor customer service at Lola’s Cakes. Despite being a loyal customer for some time, my recent experiences have been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable.

I faced an unreasonably long wait time despite the store being relatively empty. The female staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, and when I was finally served, ( after her finished a personal chat with a friend behind the counter) the staff member was rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, when I asked for information about the birthday cake I bought and a spoon and napkins the staff responded in a condescending manner that needed to wait for another colleague to come later on for her to get the napkins and spoons, my question is if she is not ready to give a service why is open???
.Causing significant inconvenience for a special occasion.

Unfortunately, the staff's attitude remained unhelpful and unfriendly. Shockingly, my loyal point were added to the wrong account cos the staff couldn't be bothered to get my details right as a consequence when I asked for my receipt then she asked for my email and
realized that she had made a mistake the she told me to contact customer services due to her inability to do her job properly!
Then things got worse and really ruin a special occasion causing so much stress.
It is clear that Lola’s Cakes has serious issues with staff training, customer service. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive a good customer service . Sadly, Lola’s Cakes has failed to meet these basic expectations on multiple occasions.

I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving their service. Until then, I cannot recommend Lola’s Cakes to anyone looking for reliable and respectful service.

Great for every event

Wonderful cake
