Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

Caramel cake with a hint of Biscoff
I've have served the cake at Galentine's day party at my house and guests went for seconds! It was very filling and you cannot eat a lot but very delicious. Just enough frosting and cake, enough sugar and the biscoff crumbs added a crumbly/slight crunch to the cake. The caramel cake was not overpowering and the sponge cake flavour was very subtle and allowed for the frosting and biscoff to come out. It was also moist, not dry at all! I've also been able to keep it in the fridge for 3 days and kept the freshness from the first day. I would definitely recommend this cake.

My cake was everything I ordered. Beautiful. Lovely presentation and gorgeous taste. Really impressed. Will use again.. picked up from Liverpool Street station in London and the young man who served us had a really good customer service skills.. smiley and friendly... all round fabulous service...Well done lolas cakes....x

Looked amazing and tasty too
Bought a cake for my husband’s birthday. Ordered it online with a personalisation on the top. It was so delicious, looked amazing and easy to collect too. We got so many lovely comments from our guests. And it was pretty reasonable compared to other cake shops

Have been getting my daughters birthday…
Have been getting my daughters birthday cakes from Lola’s for 6 years, we picked the mermaid cake. The inside was a little dry and we served it on the day it was purchased.

Thank you for taking time to share your opinion with us.
I am so sorry to hear your cake wasn't as moist as you expected.
We do recommend leaving your cake outside of the fridge for around 3 hours before eating as this allows the cake to soften up before eating it.

I was able to order with ease
I was able to order with ease, to collect on a day of my choosing, check out was easy and the cake didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I got a little message iced on the cake and it was beautifully done! Collection was easy and fuss free! I will be buying all my cakes from here in future! (Almost forgot to mention how fresh and tasty the cake was!!)

I went in to store to order my cake. The process was quick and easy and the staff were very accommodating. I was really happy with the cake when I collected it. Thank you Lola's you never disappoint!
I am a regular customer and in my opinion Lola's do the best cakes, the cookies and cream is the best I have tasted.

I received the 26 regular cupcakes at the time expected, it was well packed. I did not receive anything damaged, everything was on point! I should also highlight the softness of the cupcakes, amazing flavor, and balanced level of sugar. Loved it!
