Lola's - Lola's LiverPool St Anmeldelser

Slow service and therefore missed my train. Cake not kept chilled which was not communicated and collection was later afternoon so the cake had been left all day. Decor was ok, slightly disappointing compared to previous cakes i've had. If the flowers were intended to be edible, they were not. Cake itself was nice, but decor underwhelmed by especially for the price point.

It was a quick service, and a beautiful cake but it was impossible to eat as it was extremely sweet, so unfortunately nobody could eat it and wasted my money.

Lola’s cakes are just incredible every time. Taste, presentation and collection all perfect

I ordered this as a birthday cake for my sister.

The order was correct and just like the photographs.

I got exactly what I ordered and in fact it tasted better than expected.

Definitely 10 out of 10!!

The cakes are delicious, customer service is very helpful.

The cakes were fresh, beautifully decorated and extremely delicious.
Very easy online order and pick-up service.

Thanks!

Great service. Easy to order personalised birthday cake. It was ready when promised. Very good value

The mini cupcakes were very pretty but there was way too much buttercream icing for my taste, it made them quite sickly sweet. The cake was perfect though so it was possible to scrape off a bit of the icing and enjoy!

I enjoyed the cupcakes very much but believe the red velvet cake was a bit dense

So very delicious! What a beautiful, well-presented cake! Will you order again! Yummy!😋

Amazing, delicious cake!

It was a birthday treat .

Also my birthday cake was beautiful too

I had a very bad experience with Lola’s Cake. I had heard from my friend, who had registered before her birthday and bought a very large cake, that their cakes were good, so I registered as well. I even spent 5 pounds at the time of registration. But on my birthday, they told me that I couldn’t get anything because it hadn’t been a full month yet, even though I was just a week away. This was very disappointing. Even if it wasn’t a big cake, offering a small cake wouldn’t have been a difficult trick. They lost a customer, and I’m telling everyone about this very negative experience. I wouldn’t recommend Lola’s Cake to anyone because I don’t think anyone deserves to go through this.

Exceptional customer service. Friendly, informative and professional staff. It really made buying a birthday cake an experience I didn't expect

I love Lola’s cakes and cupcakes. Especially with cream cheese frosting as they are not as sweet as other frostings. It would be nice that apart of doing vegan and gluten free, if Lola can also make some cakes using natural sugars (similar to keto or paleo).

Another brilliant cake! Big fans of Lola's and will continue to have red velvet cakes for times to come.

Lots of choices
With gluten free cupcakes as well
Love the points system every time you buy.
Because of the location the wifi was not good. It took me ages to log in but the lady added my points while paying which is great

Beautiful delicious cakes and gluten free cakes boxed separately.

We went on Saturday around 5ish. The male and female workers were great (Sirah and Daniel) and we will definitely not be buying our cakes from anywhere else moving forward.

The cupcakes were ready when I went to pick them up, from ordering online to pick up information was given to me in a timely manner. I had to do a bit of travelling with the cupcakes the the box that it came in kept the cupcakes safe.
