Lola's - Lola's Bluewater Anmeldelser

We ordered a Moana birthday cake from Lola’s Cupcakes for our little girl’s birthday and it was absolutely amazing! It looked beautiful and tasted just as good as it looked — so fresh and delicious.

The whole process was really easy from start to finish. Ordering online was simple, and collection from our local Lola’s store was smooth and hassle-free.

It was perfect for her special day and everyone commented on how lovely the cake was. We’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!

Amazing flavourful cup cakes, great customer service and thoughtful packaging. Thank you for sweetening the occasion

The birthday cake was genuinely fantastic . The sponge was soft and light, the cream perfectly balanced, and the flavours came together without being overly sweet. Honestly, it disappeared far too quickly, which is probably the best review a cake can get.

The cake was ready for me to collect and it tasted delicious!!! Worth every penny.

Wonderful service

A beautifully presented cake..with a light chocolate taste to match.. special cakes I always buy from Lola's

The customer service was great with smile.

Easy to order. I had ordered the cake a day too early and no trouble changing the date. I ordered the carrot cake and was delicious. Everyone enjoyed including the birthday cake”boy”

The quality of Lola’s cakes are always great, they’re delicious and I love the way they are decorated

Such a great cake and service. Would recommend to everyone and definitely buy again. We collected from the bluewater store and the staff were very helpful and friendly! 10/10 all around.

I decided last minute to find a dinosaur cake for my 19 year old son! And this cake did not disappoint, he loved it, and it tasted great. We bought the 1 layer version and it managed to feed lots of us. I would buy this again.
The order, the pick up was very easy…

As always Lola's cake taste amazing and not too sweet. Just wanted to say thank you to Bluewater staff for taking my order and making sure I have my order on time for the birthday.

I ordered a Victoria sponge naked cake for a birthday celebration. The cake looked and tasted delicious and everyone commented that it was just like a homemade sponge cake. It wasn’t too sweet as it didn’t have loads of butter cream and the fruit on top was fresh. I would definitely buy again, very happy customer.

Great tasting and looking. Very easy to order and collect.

Delicious as always!

Simply the best!!
Beautiful cake for my daughter’s birthday & tasted incredible!!
It’s my third time at Lola’s for other cakes and honestly always the best taste and so easy to order
Would recommend 100%

While we appreciate Lola's cakes, we found this particular order to be somewhat dry, resulting in a slower consumption compared to our previous experiences.

Terrible customer service at bluewater store. I asked to purchase 2 cupcake box for £7.90. I picked the chocolate indulgence and the cinnamon cupcake. I was overcharged and paid £8.95. I questioned this and the staff said the cinammon cupcake was £5. I said I asked for 2 cupcake for £7.90 and was not told the cinnamon cupcake was not included. The worker rudely pointed at the sign saying it is £5 ‘read the sign properly’. I said the sign does not state a price, that is not my fault. The worker said there’s nothing she can do and that it’s tough luck. I also took a photo of the sign showing there was no £5 price displayed. Very disappointed

Cake was delicious, staff at the store were incredible, couldn't have asked for more

Very nice cake, next time I will ask for less sweetness
