Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

Harry Potter cake
Ordered the Harry Potter cake with caramel sponge which arrived in perfect condition and as described. Had lots lots of compliments on the appearance and flavour, the cake was soft and moist couldn't fault it. I have ordered lots of cakes from here over the years as always delivered well boxed and on time. My 86 year old Harry Potter fan Mum was so pleased.Thank you.

The portion size was shockingly small compared to what had been described and booked online. On top of that, the chocolate had a strange, off-putting taste that didn’t match expectations.

I can assure you all items are baked and prepared fresh for the date of delivery. We do not pre make, store or freeze our cakes.

An excellent service from start to finish. Kept well informed about the delivery. Cake was delivered promptly. The actual cake was excellent and superseded expected wishes. It was beautifully fresh which was decorated to a high standard and tasted amazing good.

Quick and easy order and pick up. We ordered the "Cars" themed children's cake in double chocolate. It was perfect and stayed moist the whole week. Would definitely recommend!
