So I read these guys reviews, and I wasn’t impressed at first, but I believe in giving the underdog a chance, so I did. Although it was a little shaky in the beginning, I must admit, these guys really delivered, exceptionally well at that! So, if you’re reading this, just remember, some really do deserve a second, and maybe sometimes and third, shot! So give these guys a chance, and I think that you will be pleasantly surprised! Thank you to Mathew, for his time and effort, job well done!

Basically you get nothing but a teaser design logo for the advertised money. The upsell at every turn and you get hit with a $600-$1000 price tag to register with USPTO before they release it to you. So $70 flushed in the toilet.

SCAM!
Communication has been dismal.
Delivered only 4 initial designs, paid for 5.
Every step they are trying to upsell you on every other package and have zero interest in discussing what you actually want and paid for.
Only sent HALF of the files we paid for.
We have zero confidence that anything they’ve provided is original.
Now that I see the rest of the reviews it all makes sense. Please don’t bother, you will be ripped off.

They will inevitably respond to this saying they care and want to make it right but it’s all part of the master scam they have in place. Don’t believe it.

Hazel did an amazing job helping me revise my logo. Anything that I needed she was there to assist with. I totally recommend logodesign360.

I ordered a logo for my new business with Logo Design 360. They have done an amazing job with the logo and business card design. Great job guys!!!!

First, please look at the fact that all the 5-star reviews come from people who've only ever left 1 review here. There are no 2/3/4 star reviews, but there are a bunch of 1 star reviews claiming SCAM. Clearly, the company is greasing the wheels for good reviews.

The first person we worked with sent 2 logo ideas (3 short of 5 that were promised for the fee we paid).

When I emailed back requesting a variation, he never replied. I had to contact a new person through their website's chat feature and essentially start over.

We later discovered that the one logo we liked from the first round (from the designer who never responded to our follow ups) was stolen in its entirety from the stock photo and graphics website, Alamy. After a little more searching, some of the other designs they sent were very similar to ones from the same site and others. Obviously, this tipped us off that this is not a reputable company, and we won't be using anything remotely close to their logo "ideas."

But just today we got a phone call from the company claiming that within the last week, someone else has filed a trademark for our exact company name (which we've been using for 20+ years). What are the odds?

Not to worry -- for only $499, he was willing to submit our trademark application, which he implied would keep us from "getting sued for thousands of dollars."

I feel really bad for any business owners who would fall for this scam, big or small. No one deserves to be defrauded like this, and we will be filing a BBB report.

I have had the absolute worst experience with this company. I paid for my logo, web design and hosting package and still don't have what I paid for. DO NOT trust this company. After doing more research I found they don't even have a social media presence. What company that sells branding and advertising doesn't use those same channels to brand their own business? I am contacting the BBB.
