LogoDesign360 was hired to build a simple 5-page website using a template. After more than a year, they still could not complete it. They repeatedly ghosted me, missed meetings, refused to make agreed changes, and made unauthorized changes that set the project backward.

After being ghosted again for over a month, I ultimately hired a professional firm that completely rebuilt and expanded the website for less money and in a fraction of the time.

Based on my experience, I do not trust their 5-star ratings. They tried to sell me marketing services and offered to get me 5-star reviews from colleagues, which would have been fake and I believe they have done the same for their business.

I am in the process of filing complaints with Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman, California Attorney General Rob Bonta, and the BBB.  If you have been defrauded by LogoDesign 360, I suggest you do the same.

I strongly recommend staying away. If you still hire them, do not pay upfront. In my experience, they take your money and do not deliver.

My name is Terrill Booker. I have spent nearly three years attempting to fully setup my business both domestically and internationally. Victoria Johnson was a wiz and wonderfully to work with, but the company managers never fulfilled their business development promises, and had promise a full refund to dissatisfied customers. The refund has not been afforded to date. I am strongly comtimplating legal action for punitive damages to my company and infrastructure investments.

I was very happy to come across them on Facebook. I thought I would get three (3) of the cartoon logo design, which I thought was cute, but it turns out that they are not professional at all. They took the money and it has been months and I still haven’t received a final draft of any. I have been messaging them multiple times and constantly and I have not even a response. I would like my three logos or my money back. Sadly, I would highly ‘NOT’ recommend them.

I'm going to be as fair as I can in this review. The logo that they designed was excellent. The web design and web hosting services were a total scam. I spent thousands of dollars. They kept inventing new things that I had to purchase to get my business web site going. They were relentless in trying to sell more services. I finally said, I just want access to my website that I paid for. They kept saying I had to spend more money to get access to it. Finally, I stopped answering their phone calls. Do not be scammed like I was. You will end up spending a lot of money and you won't have a website or access to it.

Let’s break this down logically:
1. Our new client pre-paid for three years of hosting.
2. Shortly after, a banner was manually placed over their site, requiring a paid “security upgrade” to remove it.
3. The client also had to pay again to gain admin access
4. A few months later, the site went down entirely (despite the pre-paid hosting). The client repeatedly reached out via calls and chat but received no response.
5. In a panic, they had a temporary site built and changed the DNS settings to point to it.
6. LD360 then quoted $799 to restore the hosting, despite the fact that it had been pre-paid for three years
7. Their technical understanding was questionable at best. They referred to simply restoring hosting as a “migration” and made bizarre claims about “uploading a file to DNS”—which is not how domains work.

Do yourself a favor and choose a reputable, local web development and marketing team—people you can meet with in person, that ensures true ownership of your site and operates with transparency and integrity. Your site is one of your most valuable business assets. Invest in and protect it.

Warning, Do not use this company. They are con artist trying to steal your business name. They call it LogoDesign360, but you get poor Ai logos and a 360 runaround.
I started like everyone else who gave one star with $35 fee and they deliver nothing and constantly ask for more money. I am reporting this scam to state attorney general to remove these guys from doing business.
Very unprofessional and they will send urgent emails claiming that someone is trying to file a trademark on your business name. Just pay us $700 and we can stop them. Total scam, just beware of these people.

Scam, currently under investigation, and is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. - This company misleads customers by making them believe their business name is at risk if they don’t file with the US Patent and Trademark Office. They repeatedly contacted me via email and phone, pressuring me to file through their service for $300. The US Patent and Trade office also confirmed it was a scam.

This is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. They do everything they can to keep you locked in, but when it comes to actually delivering, they are nowhere to be found. Responses are slow, if they even respond at all. They keep stringing you along with promises of results, but nothing ever materializes. All I’ve received from them are empty promises and endless frustration.

I wish I could give a zero. I’ve been realizing these thieves for nearly a year. Went through the trademark/copyright run around, like many others here, only to be sent fraudulent documents and harassed when I refused to pay more money.
When it came to the website buildout, it has been an even worse experience. It took me nearly nine months to get the website up due to language barriers, even after I sent samples and exact verbiage. But the ultimate has been waiting the last two months for my admin login to make changes to the site. It will be another $399 (shocked - everything is $399). I’m done. They have been informed to release the login and stop the harassment, or I will be reporting to the BBB, as well as the Attorney General offices in Arkansas, California, and Texas.

I have been left without any response for the past two months.
I have sent different emails to Brad and Mathew…the last email was “I have sent you a new design” and it was the same than two months before… to which I had sent a brief for modification. They harassed me for payment and were very responsive in the first phase of exchanges, however, I’m so very disappointed by the lack of communication as IAM launching my business and I don’t have a logo… they also mention that they guarantee unlimited revisions until satisfied or otherwise reimbursed. This is a lie.
When I asked for a refund, same : no answer!

They did a good job on the logo, but refused to give it to me even though I paid for it to be made. They will pester you forever trying to make you pay $400 for the copyright then they don’t send you what you paid for initially when you refuse to pay the $400.

Went with them for my company logo and they did a decent job in a timely manner.

This company is a sham, logos that they send look nothing like their "past works". They take 24-48 hours to make you a logo that a kid with no hands could paint. They ask you for feedback but never give you new designs. Terrible company, do yourself a favor and have AI make you a logo or regret your decision and give money to a scammy company.

Where do I begin? They offer a $30 design with satisfaction or your money back. The designs were poor, they fought me on the guarantee. I asked at least 15 times to no longer be contacted, yet they try to from multiple numbers and emails.

They tried to claim they were hired by someone with my trademark to use the name and create a logo from their “legal advisor” to which I responded at that point it would be grounds for me to sue them for using a trademark and for crickets.

These people are scammers, scummy and all around untrustworthy. Stay away.

This company took my money then promised to have my log design registered after getting paid $900 I have nothing to show a phony certificate. They sent invoices for $600 more to further my application process for registration with USPTO which they would not give registration number got a attorney out of another state with no phone number address who cannot practice in the state I’m in then said a used an online NC attorney. I research this and the attorney Bar ID # does not exist with the NC Bar so just a name and a phony bar # All while continuing to sent invoices for $600. I have repeatedly asked for serial number which the USPTO gives after filing an application for registration They said I have to be an attorney to receive this when the USPTO sites clearly says you don’t have to be an attorney to retrieve this information you just need your serial number. Which they will not give I suspect my design and company Brand has not been filed after I paid $550 for the filing.I have lost a lot of money with this company which I will have to now hire a legitimate attorney to see if I can get my money back. I have received nothing from this company worth $900. DONOT do any business with this company. SCAM, unfortunately I have already been had.

Update: As soon as I posted my review they contacted me. They said they'd make my logo if I agreed to take the review down. I waited another 3 weeks and they sent a sketch. It looked like a little doodle someone drew on a random scrap of paper. It was not professional looking at all and definitely was not 3 weeks worth of work. I asked for a refund and they finally agreed to it. But its been another 3 weeks and I still havent received the refund. Theyre also ignoring me now.

When I called to ask if my idea was possible they said yes and so much more. I wanted 3 versions of my logo created and they said they could do it. It has now been 4 months and I still have nothing. They are constantly trying to upsale, I've been passed around to different 'artists', the guy on the phone gets upset at me and asks why I 'don't understand him'. I've explained my idea a million different ways and it s a simple concept. Just a cute cartoon version of my dogs. They just keep sending me AI concepts, no actual unique drawings. And they are flat out refusing to give my money back.

This has been an absolutely horrible experience. A month in I'm still not getting what I asked for. The constant upsell. I just wish this company would refund my money - or just let me be. I tried to call some of the customer service numbers and several just end up with a disconnected line. I cannot urge you enough to spend your money elsewhere

I am grateful of James Parker for all the support he gave me for my branding service. Outstanding support and commitment from my friend. I talk to people all the time and makes sales too. He is honest and on top of his game, I am happy he stuck by me because I am on board with the team! Great customer service James. Thank you, blessing.
