Skates I ordered I was then informed…
Skates I ordered I was then informed they didn’t have the size so sent a smaller size they then arrived with 2 left feet for my daughter to open on her birthday. I now have to wait for a right foot to come and have the inconvenience of sending the other one back! Not happy!

Hi Keely - Biggest apologies, this one was a bit of a stinker wasn't it! Hopefully you can see from our other reviews that these types of mistakes are extremely rare. Very frustrating though! I can see my colleague has now arranged a next-day 'return-collection' so that your replacement skate will arrive tomorrow and the incorrect skate will be picked up by the courier at the same time. :-)

A little scratch on the boot, but otherwise very good condition and given it has a last pair discount . It”s a steal ! Quick shipping too. Arrived only in 2 days. Will buy from them again .( this is my second purchase )

Quick Delivery
Good service. The whole thing from ordering to delivery took only a day or two!
The only quibble was that the Roller Skates had a tiny scrap of tissue paper in them so no wrapping. It looked like there was once tissue paper on them, as you get even with cheap shoes, items etc....but it was missing. Made the item looked used or tried on or returned? Just the little details that make a quality company and high standards which would show excellence?
Otherwise really happy thank you.
I would recommend this company.

I live in the UAE
I live in the UAE, quality skates are not easy to come by. With Loco I didn’t need to worry about custom fees (it can get messy here with that, having to go to the customs office) and they came in 2 business days -not bad going at all.

Rollerblade Twister xt online order
I used the size guide and measured the mondopoint for my feet which put me right into a size 8/8.5 uk Rollerblade Twister xt. Ordered online yesterday and the skates arrived ahead of the couriers lead time but only by a few minutes ! Brilliant service and the skates are tight in all the right places ! Fit perfectly.
