I received an email from Harry letting me know the black fr fr2 skates weren't available in my size in that color. They also informed me that the skate tends to run small. I decided to size up because I really wanted black skates. They fit PERFECT. Thank God the size I initially ordered wasn't available. Gaston confirmed they received my response and dispatched the skate. I kid you not everything arrived within a day (or so it felt). The package was shipped on the 25th and it arrived the 26th. From Crawley GB to NJ USA. Again 1 day. Phenomenal. I will certainly be ordering from here again!

Don't mistake shoe size for skate size, put a piece of paper square against skirting board, place your heel against skirtimg board keeping paper square, mark length of foot and widest point that is perpendicular to it. Measure it, find if your foot is considered wide/normal/narrow, find your skate size. Order skates, take out liner, put foot in with toes barely touching inner toes of shell. Keep foot there, whack a finger between achilles heel and shell. One finger gap is good, anything less will probably hurt your feet and anything more than 1.5 fingers will probably be a bit sloppy. If they don't fit return and adjust size accordingly. If they are super comfy when you first try them on they will probably become sloppy as the liner wears in. This is just my opinion, your mileage may vary, but each skate shell is different and there's nothing like trying them on in person with experts on hand. Happy skating!

I saw the new PDS closure system on the Powerslide website..I tried to order them directly but could not. So I phoned Loco and asked if they could get them on special order. 2 weeks later the package arrived and I couldn't be happier. My Iqons are unique and more comfortable. I wish I knew that you could get special orders in the past. My skates are even better now. Cheers, thanks Loco!

Easy to find what your looking for on the website, info on the different type of skates. Quick delivery turnaround. Emailed to ask how I'm getting on with my purchase, and seeing if I need any safety gear, wrist guards etc, but nothing I don't really need... Upgraded frames etc. Good service.

It is really great and comfortable and nothing wrong with it, but theres just one problem. Theres a pressure point on the left boot on the right side just right below the ankle. But it goes away after riding for a bit. But yeah theres really not much wrong with it and is really great

After 3 years off my skates, I wanted to buy myself some new ones, I went for some FR skates (FR3 model in sand) honestly I can’t fault them, they are very comfortable, I wake up everyday and looking at them just makes me want to ride, the last 2 weeks I’ve been skating non stop since purchasing them. - my love and passion for skating is fully restored, thank you FR for creating a great skate & Loco for the great services as always.

Got my first pair of inline skates after years not having one. The best option was getting the powerslide NT1. Is just so smooth and stylish. I’m so happy with it!

I bought a pair of adjustable aggressive skates for my son, and ran into a fit issue with the liner. I was convinced there was a product defect. The Loco support team (shoutout to Harry) walked me through every step patiently, responding to every email the same day.

They ultimately recommended a different model that would suit him better. It arrived, fits perfectly, and he couldn't be happier.

Nothing was too much trouble. Great selection of skates, great advice on what to choose, great feelings all around. If your new to skating, a seasoned pro, there is something for every one at loco.

Excellent service, fast delivery. Had an issue with one of my boot liners and they replaced with no fuss.

Don't actually want you to get the best size skate.
I exchanged for a different size, charged me £20 to change the wheels as dirty. But would not let me exchange again.

Maybe in person at the shop Is good but online customer service is shocking. Can't believe They just won't let me exchange again, no reason given. Clearly don't want happy customers.

The best part is they got me to pay for the privilege of not being able to exchange.

Now, yea I did use these skates for like 10 min. The issue is probably cause these are white wheels.

The frames, & boot looked untouched! I even left the tags on. So they charge me to change the wheels over & will not let me exchange again....WOW

I watched a sizing video on 'This is Soul' YT channel, if I had watched that before...we wouldn't have had this issue. Cause I would have had the knowledge, but I'm new.

Think the site needs help online shoppers understand how to get the best equipment.

Anyway, this real point is banning me from exchanging again, just feels like the don't care. Won't be using them again.

I have bought from Loco in their actual shop in Eastbourne when i was a skate instructor living there, and now I live in Scotland i wanted to support an Independent trader.
So I went to Loco’s website, lots of variety at great prices. I loved that there were video links for products which helped me choose a new skate.
Delivered promptly and well packaged, I was impressed by their after sales too, they did not bombard me with emails
But rather gave me time to try out the skates before asking for feedback.
Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy skates or accessories.

These skates were purchased for my daughter. She absolutely loves them. They were easy to order with a quick delivery.
We had an item busy, we emailed about that, which was resolved quickly and politely with an apology. Missing item was received quickly.
