Unprofessional
Our rental car, booked well in advance, was unavailable upon arrival. As we were on our way to a wedding and had no alternative, we reluctantly accepted a much smaller replacement vehicle. We had specifically rented a larger, more premium car to participate in the wedding convoy. The replacement struggled in the hills of Tuscany and was clearly not comparable.
Main reason to give a 1-star rating is on the way we were treated. We were informed with little empathy that no similar vehicle or upgrade was available. However, while the replacement car was being handed over, a Jeep of the exact model I had reserved was returned. When I asked for that vehicle, I was told it did not belong to the rental company. Moments later, I saw the keys of that Jeep, a similar as that I rented, being handed directly to the company's employee. When I challenged this, I was told the Jeep was automatic while I had booked a manual. (Still, it is lying to your customers, something a decent person should not do). Regardless whether it was an automatic, it was clearly a comparable vehicle and was still refused.
Due to this misleading and unprofessional treatment, I cannot conclude else than giving a 1-star rating.

Malgré un petit malentendu au départ…
Malgré un petit malentendu au départ sur la grosseur du véhicule. Il y a eu possibilité de louer un véhicule qui répondait davantage à nos besoins en espace. Une fois cela ajusté, la suite fut tel que prévu. Donc on retient un bon souvenir de notre voyage et de la location de l'auto!

Smaller car than booked, rest is fine
Instead of a station waggon (familiare) such as a Ford Focus or comparable we were given a SUV (Peugeot 2008). So it was hard to stow our luggage. Apart from that, everything was fine. Waiting terms were short, the staff was nice, the car was reliable and new. We especially appreciate that the company allowed us to return the car at a different station (Stazione Termini instead of Via Sardegna) at no additional cost.

Descontamento e irritação
Na entrega do carro, quiseram imputar problemas no carro que ao retirar filmei os dois funcionários e a peça que estava jogada no porta malas e vocês quiseram cobrar por peça já quebrada na retirada do veículo , luz acessa no painel também.

Car Pick up very far away
Il problema in ufficio è la distanza con il parcheggio dove si trova l'auto. Si arriva all'ufficio magari in taxi pieni di bagagli, si firmano due carte e si lascia la cauzione e poi si cammina per 10-15 minuti scendendo la parcheggio con scale mobili che non funzionano.
Tutto sarebbe più semplice se la parte che si fa in ufficio si potesse fare direttamente al parcheggio in modo tale da farsi lasciare i bagagli direttamente lì dal taxi.
Il personale è stato cortese, nulla da dire su quello.

Dall'altra parte, comprendiamo perfettamente il disagio nel dover raggiungere a piedi e con bagagli il parcheggio.
Purtroppo, per ragioni strutturali, gli uffici situati nei centri città non dispongono di ampi spazi e grandi parcheggi nelle immediate vicinanze, motivo per cui le vetture si trovano spesso in rimesse o parcheggi dislocati a breve distanza.
Per evitare questo inconveniente, ti suggeriamo di utilizzare il nostro servizio di Smart Check-in. Questo servizio ti consente infatti di avvisare l'ufficio della tua prenotazione per poi recarti direttamente al parcheggio , dove potrai sbrigare tutte le formalità del contratto e ritirare l'auto in totale comodità.
Speriamo che questa soluzione possa rendere le tue future esperienze con noi molto più agevoli e ci auguriamo di poterti accogliere nuovamente al più presto.

It's completely unfair when you book a car, see it right there in the parking lot, and they hand you an awful alternative claiming it's 'similar.' This happens to me every single time I rent a car—I always end up with a terrible one.
