Although my item took quite a time to arrive, your staff were helpful when I rang to enquire and I am delighted with my product.

The product was exactly what I wanted, really helpful in creating my design and bringing the idea to life.

I have still not received my t shirt.

Ordered beginning of July for my girls first day at school. Was told need at least 4 weeks but we gave extra just incase. However after 6 weeks still not heard anything so emailed to be told there is a staffing shortage and be "reassured" they will arrive for the beginning of term. Waited till week before she started school and still no sign.. so I emailed again to be told jumpers are done but waiting for a cardigan so they shipped them that day. 2 weeks into school still no sign of a cardigan and emailed again to be told they are out of stock in her size.. do I want 7-8!! For a 4 year old! Absolutely not. Apparently there is a wait till Mid November for them now. Just excuses after excuses, and parents have also said how delayed this company are! I'm currently waiting for a refund and have a sad little girl as she really wanted a cardigan like her friends.. but we will do what they did buy from asda next time! Sorry but won't be using them again.

Brilliant sports t shirt and hoodie ordered for the Est Coast 10k. Excellent items and extremely good value for money. Clear emails detailing when the order would be dispatched.

I've been emailing for 2 weeks no response from anyone have used them for our club kit for the last 4 years always in the ball but emails are now bouncing back at me . Does anyone know if they are in trouble .

Absolutely poor service. Customer service is none existent. I emailed and contacted via Facebook and no one responded to me. My son got his leavers hoody 2 days before the end of school. Absolutely waste of money. Avoid!

Absolutely shocking would not recommend quality isn't great either

Disappointed when the order page says delivery will be within 4 weeks of order and its now 8 weeks and im told they wont be shipped for another 8 weeks. Please change your website as its misleading.

Placed an order on 27 June for a hoody, t-shirt, stickers and a snood for our club who have a microsite with localprintpros with their offerings including our logo. I have chased with no response since 3 July, proclaiming that they were extremely busy (that's their issue not mine). Further emails for updates have been ignored. If I knew it was going to be such an issue I would have arranged printing elsewhere. Order #print6439 if anyone cares to respond. Thankfully paid by credit card so can hopefully reclaim via them as it seems there is radio silence from this company.

UPDATE: despite this review and further email to this company to ask for an update and/or a refund if still not fulfilled, they have just sent me an automated response to direct me here asking "how did we do?". Absolutely disgraceful organisation

Paid for leavers hoodie to be notified of a delay and then not receive it at all Amd I’ve emailed 3 times and been ignored I would definitely not recommend this company at all.steer clear

I think the company in all honesty took on far too many orders , covering 70 schools , not fulfilling orders in a timely fashion . In addition delivering hoods for children that should have been organised by schools pre sats so the children could have them earlier would have been great , this is not the fault of local print pros , i blame the school for not organising earlier , however my son had the wrong colour delivered to school .... I give credit where its due , i most certainly won't be using this company again

Would not recommend this company unless you want to be waiting a while for orders!! Seems like a company that takes on more then they can handle.... due a leavers hoodie and still not received it and my son leaves friday.... I rang and got lied to by one of the staff members!! Absolute s**t show!!
