We've been working with LocalIQ for sometime improving the SEO and ad campaigns for our small business. Simmy Singh has been managing our paid campaigns and she is amazing, we're seeing great results since Simmy took over from us (we had no idea what we were doing, haha), it really pays to get the professionals involved. 5 Stars - Highly recommend.

She’s always available to chat, quick to respond, and genuinely committed to helping us get the best possible results. It’s rare to find someone that proactive and reliable.

I also want to mention Wesley, who, despite being a newcomer, has already established himself really well. He’s been great in offering valuable insights, explaining perks clearly, and always making himself available to assist whenever needed.

Overall, I have absolutely no complaints about LocaliQ. The team has been professional, supportive, and results-driven from day one. Highly recommend.

Complete trash. They talk a big game and sell you on potential. I ran a large campaign for two months, invested almost $5,000, and saw almost nothing in return. Not to mention the business was conducted with minimal communication until it was time to pay. I have been marketing for my business since 2018. By far the biggest waste of money to date. Do not even consider it save the money

LocaliQ was very helpful in identifying why my Google Ads weren’t performing well. They took the time to explain the issues clearly and also provided practical, technical tips I can implement right away to improve results. Solid support and good communication.

This company is an absolute waste of money. We've spent thousands and thousands of dollars with very little to show for it. I'd recommend bringing someone in-house to do you SEO and AIO work.

I simply cannot believe the growth we have seen in our online sales over the past 12 months. I have used many companies over the years with little success. I took a punt with LocaliQ and could not be happier. We are seeing constant growth in our sales, a big thank you to Zala and the team.

If I could give them negative 10 stars I would. LIQ promised us that our company, a powersports dealership, will be transformed with their marketing. In 4 months they completely DESTROYED our company. We are a small dealership and we do have large capital reserves to shield losses. Firstly they suspended our long standing Google account and moved everything to their platform without telling us. Now it is taking us over a month to restart the ads on our account. They kept sending us junk leads, people who cannot buy what we sell or have no interest in what we sell. They kept showing us big numbers but we got barely 2 sales from them in 4 months. We ended up paying 10s of thousands of dollars with nothing to show for it. They never understood our products or our customer segments despite repeatedly telling them. We were cordial in our interactions with them, but eventually when we told them we have to cancel because we are dying, they sent us to their lawyers.

LET ME BE VERY CLEAR - DO NOT - I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR BUSINESS, WILL CHARGE YOU 5x OF OTHER COMPANIES AND EVENTUALLY SHOW YOU THEIR LAWYERS.

Promised the stars and the moon - 30 days later the ugly came out with mark-ups eating the budget without a single lead.

I've been with them for 15 years but something happened a few years ago and now their terrible.
I tried to cancel one of my contracts by telling them
I don't want to renew and I was told that the contract is auto renewed if I don't sign.
Another Business at renewal time I sent 2 certified cancellation letters, emailed and told my rep "Tammy" from Fernandina Beach, they shut down my site and continued to deduct my checking acct until I had to change Banks. Now 1 year later they are sending collection letters. ( as of 09/25/25)
