Thanks for quick delivery

No stock couldn't couldn't complete my order no refund

Bought some maggots to be delivered. Problem with the courier, tracking didn't recognise the number and they eventually i presume, lost the parcel. Contacted Lobbys and they refunded me. I understand this was no fault of the shop and unfortunately they lost money. But I give them 5* for putting it right. Always a bit of a gamble ordering live maggots for delivery. I'll use them again for tackle etc.

Well i did email the guy and he said that the bait i received was poor due to the heat wave ,wen 6 packs were excepable and 4 were totally rotten and didn't even offer to replace 🤨

Dispite ringing on morning it was to be dispatched explained had to be next day delivery. It wasn't sent yes for a good reason I understand but it wasn't me who had to ring and chase to find out

I had trouble getting bait locally so I decided to use Lobbys & I ordered £40 of bait for a match. Unfortunately the parcel was delayed with DPD & the result was all the maggots & pinkies had suffocated & did not revive, total cost for those was £20.70.
In an attempt to resolve this I messaged & emailed them & even tried ringing a couple of times but no reply. A shame as the bait was OK, better if it had been alive (!) & the fault lay with DPD which I'm sure they could, no should, of had dialogue with.
Not even the courtesy of a reply is both rude & poor customer service.
I don't like leaving a business a poor review unless justified but, sadly, in this instance it is.

Superb service and great quality bait! Every time I have ordered through the website which is very easy to use I have received what Ive ordered within 48 hours. So if you order by Wednesday you know it will arrive before the weekend. The bait is well packaged and of great quality. I will definitely keep using this service.

I Bought a small rod for my son and took him down the canal. Unfortunately after one cast the rod splintered at the top and we couldn’t use it anymore. Took the rod back to lobby’s and was told it was our fault that the rod splintered my the owner dale. Such poor customer service. Sorry to have to write this review about a local shop and their customer service. attitude was terrible towards me and my nine year old son. All this bad feeling over a £20 rod. My son was very upset over rod and blamed hisself after the owner said we was at fault for breaking the rod.

From ordering the Garbolino picker rod the transition from purchase to delivery was swift and exact. I ordered on a Tuesday evening and the delivery was on the Thursday morning, the courier messaged me to tell me my parcel would be delivered between 10.49am and 11.49 am and it arrived at 10.45am. The rod was securely and safely packaged and the whole experience was top notch from start to finish, cheers

I ordered a bivvy and realised that I had ordered the wrong one,spoke to Ian who was great and changed the order with no issues,
And no fuss,will definitely use them again and many thanks for your help

Awful experience poor customer service terrible attitude. Only seem interested in Internet shoppers. They knowingly sold me a fishing permit to a venue that was closed and refused to refund the money. The 1 staff member stated take it to small claims court, it is not there responsible to refund .

Very quick turn around.

I was concerned when my package arrived because information I received suggested that the frozen worms had been in transit for 5 days as I was given despatch notice on Friday and the worms arrived Wednesday. I contacted lobbys tackle who assured me they did not leave until Monday. I used the worms several days later and they were in good condition.
