Visited Salt's Smokehouse recently and was really impressed. The food was excellent, with great flavour and generous portions. The smoked meats were cooked beautifully, and everything was served fresh and hot. The staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our visit, creating a relaxed atmosphere.
If you're looking for quality halal BBQ and burgers, I'd definitely recommend giving Salt's Smokehouse a try. We'll certainly be back!

Excellent food and excellent service by Natasha. Very sweet and kind lady. Took good care of us. Thumbs up to Natasha. Food was fresh with good flavor brisket burgers, steak and beed briskt. Only side with steak should be better, with more veggies and less chips…. Otherwise good flavor! Keep up the good work!

I took my whole family to Salts Smokehouse, and while the steak and burger had ok flavor, we were really disappointed by the portion sizes of the chips, especially given the premium prices. Each item—burger, steak—was priced as a premium offering, and chips were a separate order. I asked about the portion size in advance and was assured it would be ample, but it was tiny. It reminded me of how top brands know that a small side costs almost nothing, but a generous portion keeps people coming back. Beyond that, even the service was off—after our meal, we had to ask several times for water, and it never arrived until we reminded them. What made it worse was the cleanliness—when I went to wash my hands in the bathroom area, the sink was so dirty I felt like my hands would get even worse. Cleanliness is so crucial in a restaurant, and it didn’t extend beyond the front. I should have taken a picture, but even without it, this needs addressing. For the premium prices, I expect a complete, clean, and attentive experience, and sadly, this visit didn’t live up to that. I hope they improve, because there’s real potential here.

Honestly, don’t really know where to start with this review. Went to Salts with very high hopes thinking the food was going to be above and beyond my expectations with everything that I’ve heard about it however when I went I felt like it was quite the opposite. I ordered a burger Which wasn’t to my liking. I had hardly eaten the burger. I’d probably taken two or three bites of it and when I expressed that I was unhappy with it instead of being offered with something else to eat or minding it from the bill the owner came and basically spoke to us and advised that he was surprised that I didn’t enjoy it. He then went and gave me a few cuts of some beef brisket And that was it. It felt as though he had done his job when there was nothing else that he had done to Fix the problem. Then when it came to paying the bill and I asked for a takeaway box to pack my macaroni and cheese whilst having a conversation with the waitress because she asked whether we enjoyed the food or not and I expressed that we didn’t as I was packing my macaroni and cheese it had fallen on me all over my lap she saw that in the whole meal I had hardly eaten anything else and that was the only thing that I had enjoyed she not once offered to help me she didn’t offer to go get me another portion of Mac and cheese to take away. It was just honestly some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced And I felt as though there was no care or due diligence at all. When you have a restaurant, it’s very important to be open to criticism and I just feel as though nobody cared I have absolutely zero interest in going back to this restaurant and to be quite frank with you there are lots of better places out there to eat food. I was so hungry when I left that place I actually went and got a pizza. It’s ridiculous after spending nearly £65 on a bill to then have to go buy pizza because I was still hungry. I recently visited Salt’s Smokehouse, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a casual yet memorable meal. The highlight, of course, was the food. Every dish was bursting with flavor, cooked to perfection on their signature smoke grill.

Their halal offerings are top-notch, catering to those who appreciate both quality and authenticity. The meats were tender and flavorful, and the smoky aroma made every bite even more enjoyable. The sides were just as impressive – fresh, vibrant, and complementing the main dishes beautifully.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, making the experience even better. Whether you're looking for a delicious meal with family or just a great place to enjoy some halal grilled goodness, I highly recommend Salt’s Smokehouse. It's definitely a spot I’ll be returning to again and again!

The food we order was so well presented and tasted great. The chicken burger was on point.Great customer service and Musbaq was great with her service and offered us lovely suggestions. Definitely need to visit and worth giving it a try.

Food is amazing , and it’s all cooked in beef tallow ! I will be making a visit here more frequently 👌!!!!
