Great customer service
Came to pick up my order at an agreed time and everything was ready to go. Cheerful and helpful staff from showroom through to warehouse. Took 5 minutes from arriving to departing - a quick and painless process. Very impressed.

Brought 2 throwing sandbags and within 4 throws the bag exploded to a point it was unusable! Was not happy with the product at all and went onto spending a extra $150... On a cerberus bag that has not broken yet

Poor communication
Poor communication, no updates given around pre orders being delayed until I made contact after the original ETA of product. Informed there would be a 2 month delay (out of their control, fair enough), but did love that they would state and link their refund policy in the email reply. Also if your ordering their inhalants they're made in cheap plastic that break very easily wouldn't waste the $$ better of buying from cerburus, your welcome.

I've interacted with Loaded Lifting a few times now, most recently to buy my barbell. Always great customer service and they really do have solid products.

When going to purchase a newer belt and selves but I didn't know what size I had already, so I messaged loaded with in 5 mins I had a reply helping with what I needed to know made it less stressful with the purchase.

Very disappointed
The belt holes did not line up properly making it almost impossible to remove once wearing. A replacement was sent after I returned the faulty belt. Another belt exactly the same was sent again. I was then told this is how they work with a video attached of how to fast and unfasten the belt ( disassembled and not wrapped around a body!). Then I was told they had no more in stock, got a pathetic $32 off this $330 belt that needs professionally adjusting. Not happy
