Utterly useless
Utterly useless. Has taken 3 months to set up business account (even though I have been a Lloyds personal customer for 50 years), and now I cannot login to the finance account software which apparerently needs another login.

While you've been a valued personal banking customer for many years, personal and business banking services operate separately, which means products and services require their own application and login credentials.

The 3 star score is a reflection on the…
The 3 star score is a reflection on the Lloyds KYC team who let our business down badly by closing the original account without due cause and after we had fully cooperated with them. An official compliant was raised several weeks ago and I am still awaiting feedback. It must be said that my Relationship Manager and the account opening staff were excellent in getting the account reopened.

Very poor service
Nearly 4 weeks of trying to open a business account with lloyds and i was constantly chasing them rather than the other way round! 1 agent would say 1 thing whilst the other would say something else, I got fobbed off for nearly 4 weeks so I withdrew my application and am going elsewhere.
If this is how they handle business before I have an open account with them then I'm glad we never got over the finish line,
Very poor service from start to finish.

I was listened to!!!!
Great customer service from Adam when I called late on Friday afternoon, at my wits end with BT and the fact they had taken money from our business bank account erroneously. I have wasted 3 weeks trying to retrieve the money via BT that is for a business entirely unrelated to ours yet they refuse to refund it or engage with me. Big GDPR issue I believe!!!
Adam listened patiently and explained the fact he could deal with this direct debit problem for me and within a few minutes it was back in our account. I wish I had known this 3 weeks ago and I would have saved myself hours of frustration!
Adam is a credit to Lloyds bank!
