Can't retrieve my information in 1 day is a delay for me especially in business

Totally incompetent

Totally incompetent. A/C applied for 25/08 and was told it was open but it hadn't been. Received £100 compensation and had to apply again on 01/09. A/C was opened next day on 02/09. No card reader or Authentication card was dispatched until 21/09 after I called to chase. Received another £70 compensation. 37 days later i still cant manage the account via the app as the authentication card still hasn't been dispatched.
