Mon ami a payé l'attestation de Liévin France avec ma carte bancaire et il a eu un refus de visa pour motif 5. Maintenant on veut faire demande de remboursement mais l'onglet de remboursement ne s'affiche pas. Comment faire svp?

Lors de l'achat de mon attestation, les conditions de remboursement stipulaient clairement qu'un refus de visa pour motif 5 permettait un remboursement intégral. Cependant, au moment de faire ma demande, on m'a inventé de nouvelles conditions qui n'étaient absolument pas mentionnées auparavant, notamment l'expiration de l'attestation.

Il est regrettable de voir une telle attitude de mauvaise foi. Non seulement ils n'honorent pas leurs engagements initiaux, mais ils refusent également toute flexibilité. Une pratique décevante et peu professionnelle. Je ne recommande absolument pas.

I made a reservation 3-4 weeks, which was CONFIRMED and my contract was supposed to start a week ago, but NOTHING. I hardly get a response from the person in charge, as I have to write 100 message for 1 reply.
I insisted I need it for the administrative process for my school too and service is horrible.
To top it all off, they have a non refundable fee, which is stuck with the site that has just been giving me mental stress and headache.
I had used a lot of other sites and wanted to try this out but I can assure you this is one big regret.

Updated response: to top off poor customer service, there seems to be lame attempts at justifying this pathetic situation AFTER 1 YEAR!!

The rental agency that this platform offered, Colivys, gave me a DREADFUL experience. The website gives the illusion of high-quality listings, while the truth is far from it.

Also, Livin' France misleads their customers on their website by claiming that the extra money you pay compared to your roommates (who didn't get their room from Livin' France) is a way of "paying smarter for utilities" while the reality is that these are just extra fees going to the company directly.

The reason why it isn't a 1-star review is because they respond relatively quickly when you contact them via Whatsapp. But once you've signed a misleading, scammy contract through their website with one of their partner agencies, there is nothing they can do for you. In my experience, they are a useless company that provides little added value for the hundreds of euros you pay them.

If I can give these thieves no star, I'll be happy.
These people are thieves for anyone coming from nigeria,or Africa.
Don't use livinfrance, they are thieves, they will take your money and provide no room to you, they won't refund even though visa was refused.
Livinfrance you all will crash and go down

I bought a housing certificate which helped me get my visa much faster, the first certificate had an unrealistic address, it was too far from uni, however, I sent them an email and they gave me a different certificate the same day, and I didn't face any issues with the French Embassy, even though the certificate is expensive but they give you what they promised you

Amazing student accommodation services!

LivinFrance est un concept simple et pratique pour les étudiants internationaux. J'ai également trouvé un très bon appartement ici. MAIS c'était après avoir d'abord vécu 2,5 mois dans un appartement que j'avais également trouvé via LivinFrance.

Le premier appartement était horrible. Tout était de travers, cassé ou sale. La prétendue chambre meublée ne contenait qu'une armoire, une lampe, un bureau à moitié cassé et un lit avec d'énormes taches jaunes/noires. La machine à laver partagée était apparemment en panne depuis un an et le sol collait de tous les côtés (impossible à nettoyer). Je ne vais pas énumérer tous les défauts pour rester bref. Quoi qu'il en soit, je n'ai aucune confiance dans le fait qu'ils ont vérifié toutes les maisons à l'avance comme indiqué partout sur leur site web. J'ai également eu une très mauvaise expérience avec l'agence de location avec laquelle ils travaillent (voir mon avis sur OQORO). Heureusement, je n'ai pas eu à payer à nouveau leurs frais pour changer de logement.

Ils sont assez facilement joignables, amicaux et réagissent relativement rapidement. En général, ce n'est donc pas un mauvais site, mais il n'est certainement pas garanti qu'il s'agira toujours d'un bon logement.
