Expert Treatment Delivered with Care and Professionalism
Millie was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to listen carefully and understand the issues I’ve been experiencing with my shoulder, making me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. While I never expected the problem to be resolved in a single session, she worked methodically to identify the root cause and focused her treatment on the areas that needed the most attention.
The appointment never felt rushed, and her professionalism, knowledge and genuine care were evident throughout. In fact, the time seemed to fly by because the experience was so enjoyable and engaging.
The service was exceptional from start to finish. Despite being just around the corner, I had no idea this place existed, but I’m delighted to have found it. I left feeling positive, confident and already looking forward to my next visit. I’ve already booked another appointment and would highly recommend Millie to anyone seeking first-class treatment and outstanding customer care.

Great service
Great service. Booked an appointment for the following day as I was in a lot of pain with my back. Leon arrived on time and gave a great massage, and helped to relieve the pain.

First time I’ve used Livewell
First time I’ve used Livewell - easy booking and good comms. Visited the Sutton Clinic, easy to find and a large modern clinic. Tip - park on Cofield Road or St Micheals Road and it’s a very short walk (Cofield Road is one way so you have to approach via St Micheals Road)
I booked a sports massage with Millie. Lovely, polite and professional and she was happy to concentrate on specific areas which I pointed. Always checked on pressure and if I was in any discomfort. Real professional service and highly recommended…will book again

No communication at all after they take you money. Therapist fails to turn up, no one lets you know and they don’t answer the phone. Avoid like the plague.

Hi Mike, I am sorry you had the experience you did. We have been operating for 12 years and have never missed a single appointment. At the moment we are just updating a number of core systems due to our expanding client base and unfortunately the stars aligned such that your online booking, which was done out of office hours, was not seen/picked up by our system and as it was at 7:30pm booked for 9pm the same night, there was no one in the office to be able to answer the phone. I understand our practice manager has now been in touch to explain and also fully refunded your money. Obviously if you do book again im sure this wont be the case again.

Great events recovery
Hannah is a brilliant sports therapist who made our London Marathon runners feel relaxed and at ease, and she was very friendly and helpful overall. Steven was very communicative and overall we had a great experience with LiveWell Health and would definitely book again,

The whole process throughout the booking was seamless and efficient, which made everything very straightforward to organise.
Siobhan our therapist was fantastic - punctual, professional, and very friendly. The massages were excellent, and the team were chuffed with the experience.
