To follow up from my previous review, my new mortgage completed as planned this week. Thanks once again to the excellent service from Umar Khan. Not only did he organise everything from the start, but as we needed to complete some weeks in advance, he was in touch regularly to ensure things were going to plan. I highly recommend Livemore and especially Umar to anyone seeking a later life mortgage.

I didn't know that companies like this still exist. The level of courtesy, understanding, efficiency and communication was exemplary from start to finish. This started with LiveMore's advisor, Mark Finan, who went through the advice and application process with thoroughness and good humour, answering all our questions clearly. Our offer was received within 24 hours of the property valuation being completed. We used Adlington Law (suggested by Mark because of positive feedback from other clients). They also were a pleasure to deal with.

We had applied about 18 months earlier for equity release through a broker who suggested a different company. It was unbelievably stressful and we cancelled the application because of that. The experience with LiveMore could not have been more different. We applied direct and were so pleased that we did - and no intermediary fees to pay!

A big thank you to everyone at LiveMore for helping me and my wife with our equity release. When we have our first holiday with the funds released we shall raise a glass to you all.
