I was extremely impressed by the service provided. Ian was extremely professional and thorough in his work and sent through a clear and detailed report the same day that I could share with the house builders. I would highly recommend to anyone needing this service.

I found Ian following a google search initially on factors to consider when buying a new build property. I found the help lists and advice and guidance information invaluable.

I already had another snagging expert in mind, and when I went to look them up on Trust Pilot it kept coming up with Ian at the top 5/5 stars. Having read through much of the feedback from customers I can certainly say that I agree with the positive commentary.

I found Ian to be responsive, friendly, calm and informed. He was very thorough and no question that I had was too much for him to answer. He was respectful of my property, which is a massive thing for me as some contractors take liberties and definitions of respect mean very different things these days as I am readily finding.

Nonetheless, Ian walked through the report with me in person, and I had a digital copy of it within hours.

Getting the snagging done was well worth it, especially as the survey picked up aspects that I would not have even considered.

I am pleased with the outcome (as were the developers tbh, they found it very complimentary and clear).

Nick has done a good job. He spent about 3.5 hours doing the snagging and the report was sent to me on the same day. The report was clear and detailed with abundant photos.

We had to wait some time for our survey for a 6 month snag review on our property from LPSL, which I'm sure is because they're busy.

It was definitely worth the wait! Ian was great on the phone when booking the appointment and Mark who conducted the survey done a very thorough and professional service!

Ian’s experience specifically with Story Homes is worth its weight in Gold! He knows exactly what he’s looking for when looking for snags, and in particular found areas where very little or no insulation at all had been installed.

Ian was friendly, arrived on time, was professional and extremely thorough throughout the entire snagging process.

Before Ian left, he explained every single snag to me on the report. I received a report by email, and a printed copy through the post.

A huge thank you to Ian and Mark for their effort, care, attention to detail and being so responsive with queries to our new build snagging. Ian was polite, patient and really quick to respond via email, he even checked in on us towards the date to see if we were still okay which was really nice, and met my dad while I was away. The report is really good and detailed and it came back within a couplw of hours from the inspection. They even picked out things I didn't even think of or see.
