What a brilliant company.
What a brilliant company.. I placed an order which one of my items was out of stock, little whispers emailed straight away to let me know, they offered a higher price alternative at no extra cost. My parcel was then returned to sender, due to me not writing my house number, little whispers re shipped the parcel straight away. I was sooo very impressed with the level of customer service. Little Whispers go above and beyond any other online store iv ever orderd from... I strongly recommend. I will definitely be using them again.

I live in the US and found Little Whispers shop in my search of a certain children’s toy item, specifically unique Tonies. First time using this company to buy…
First time using this company to buy Schleich horse tournament for my ten year old daughter. Firstly, it was the cheapest I found anywhere, so a great start! Secondly, arrived within days of being ordered and thirdly, was extremely well packaged so not even the slightest dent in the box. Thank you so much - I will definitely recommend and also use again!

We have been buying toys for our sensory and messy play for well over a year now from Little Whispers. We are alway amazed with the quick and friendly service! Our last order was for Halloween and they were amazing at getting them to us quickly as I’d left it a bit late but really wanted to set some things up for my children in time! I love how they add extra little touches like individual wrapping, stickers and little bags to keep products safe and secure. Can’t wait for our next order! 😊

Lovely independent toy shop
Lovely toy shop selling lots of eco friends and sustainable brands. I had one issue with an order once, and the customer service was wonderful and quickly sorted. Will be purchasing most of my children's Christmas presents here. Can't beat a good, independent business 💕

Lovely products but disappointed to only get half the order.
Lovely products but I ordered two but they had run out so only received one, even though the system allowed me to order and pay for two. So I’m disappointed, as stock control for a small company can’t be that complicated. If there is stock when you order then the system should be capable of staying up to date…

Hi Jo, I can only apologise. You would think that a small database could keep up wouldn't you, we are experiencing many problems like this at the moment, not sure why, we are in the hands of Shopify and they say they cannot do anything about it as they can't find a reason. We have items that go to 0 for no reason, so showing as out of stock, it is so frustrating. We are all at the mercy of technology sadly. Again, many apologies. As a small business, with just myself and occasionally my daughter helping, we do not have a large staff team to continually manually stock check for us. To ensure we despatch items the same day, we work exceptionally hard. We do try and keep on top of everything, but sadly, errors do occur. Thank-you again for your order. Best wishes, Kind regards. Appalling Service With No Item!!!!
The only good thing about this company was being able to order what I wanted BUT then on chasing the item was told it was sold out and apparently they had emailed me informing me of this which strangely enough I didn’t receive!!
They haven’t even had the courtesy to ring me they have now sent an email after I left a voicemail and sent emails. The first reply said we sent you an email!!! Then I had to send a further email requesting what it said!
Their opening statement on their website is small independent family run business!!!!

I am really sorry you felt you had to leave us a bad review after we tried our hardest to fulfil your order. The item you ordered was direct shipping which it states clearly on the description, so sorry you did not see this. I emailed you immediately to say the supplier did not have this particular item in stock and offered you two similar products. You then emailed me again and I forwarded my first email again offering alternatives, please please tell me what else I could have done as I would love to know. As a small company we really value our reviews and we do try to go the extra mile for our customers, so really do feel we did not deserve this.
