Buying art online can be stressful, but FairArt provided the smoothest, easiest art-purchasing transaction I've ever had, from start to finish. The price was fair, communication was good and delivery was swift. Overall, a happy experience!

I stumbled across this website, and it was an absolute delight working with them. Everything was handled with care and professionalism from start to finish. I almost wish I had another reason to buy from them again. The service, pricing, and thoughtful follow-up made the entire experience seamless, positive, and genuinely enjoyable.

I attempted a purchase, but I had some very basic questions that needed answering first as there was no detailed description it was inaccurately listed to begin with. After emails back-and-forth over the course of more than a week, they were never able to come through with any proof of authenticity or images beyond a cut off copy of the artist’s original work posted on the listing. I’m grateful that I did not purchase prior to emailing with them. I suspect I would be struggling to get my money back.

I was on the look out for a particular picture and registered my interest with FairArt. I got an email notification to advise a seller had just listed the exact picture I was after. At a great price. I clicked buy now immediately (I mean I am a little impulsive but it’s an investment right!) The process to purchase was super easy. I was kept updated along every step of the way and had contact on phone & email by really helpful members of the team. The (large) picture was delivered very safely all nicely protected and wrapped well. I am super happy 😊 and couldn’t recommend FairArt enough! Thanks guys.

Easy to bid and pay and item was good value and arrived quickly and well packaged

I’d been looking for the art piece for 6 or 7 years as a limited-edition piece. When it finally showed up, it was on this platform that I knew nothing about. I did plenty of reading to check that everything was legit, which it seemed to be. Historically when I have brought paintings online not direct from a gallery, I’ve been slightly disappointed with the quality – pictures showing the paintings to be in better condition than they actually were.

FairArt’s grading system is accurate, ‘like new’ really was like it had come new from a gallery. Methods of payment and dispute options also gave peace of mind. The painting arrived incredibly well packaged. It is clear that the site caters well for the casual collector, taking on the checks and balances to ensure authenticity, while making transactions simple. I certainly won’t hesitate to use them again. I also like the fact that the artist gets some proceeds from the resale.
