Have had positive experiences as both a seller and a buyer. There is active customer support with great communication. As an avid art collector, having a new platform available is a huge deal and FairArt shows great promise.

There were problems with the shipment (not the fault of FairArt) but FairArt, and Emelyn (the Logistics Manager) in particular, were excellent. Their response was rapid, proactive and supportive and they got involved to try to sort out the issues as quickly as possible. Communications were always very good so even though there were delays, I knew what the status was and what was happening to resolve everything. Thanks Emelyn and FairArt!
