Beautiful toys, great service
Beautiful toys and extremely quick dispatch. I had one issue with a toy and once Little Whispers were made aware they were very quick processing a refund and replacement! Very lovely customer service. I prefer shopping at small independent businesses and this is definitely one I would recommend and return to.

Extremely happy with my purchase and glad I decided to order from little whispers rather than a large chain. One of the tonies I wanted wasnt in stock and they phoned to tell me. Order was delivered today, beautifully packaged and I will use them again. Thank you.

Poor packaging
Everything good until I received the product. The box the toy was packaged in was partly crushed on delivery and on opening that, in turn, had caused the toy box to have a tear. A sturdier box should have been used to send the goods in.
I should add that I think I was unlucky as I ordered a week ago and received a prompt response from Little Whispers and it was sent the following day but I only received it yesterday (a week later). I’m wondering if that’s why the box was damaged because it got handled a lot/got lost at Royal Mail? I don’t know.

Hi Nathalie, why did you not contact us first, we could have put in a complaint to Royal Mail. We put a majority of our orders in boxes to make sure this does not happen, they must have really thrown it around. Do you have any pictures I could send to Royal Mail so we can claim some compensation for you? We know items such as this are gifts which is why we put them in boxes, so they get to you in good condition, I am so upset to hear this has not happend. Kind regards Tina

Bought 4 tonies & a tonie play storage bag all come in excellent condition! Superb discount applied with the (4 for 3). Dispatched and delivered within 2 days by Royal Mail and plenty of emails letting me know arrival time estimate! :)
Great to know it a family run business and will definitely be a returning customer and telling everyone to use this company too!

Above and beyond
Ordered 4 Tonie characters for my toddler on their 4 for 3 deal. They arrived quickly and well wrapped. We were sent one that was actually wrong, a different Cocomelon variant. I didn't actually realise myself until I'd already opened it. I sent an email not asking for a switch or anything, just to make them aware but I received an email back and a phone call personally apologising for the mistake and that they are sending out the correct one at no extra cost to me! They are a small family run business and I'm glad I chose them over the larger chain stores. Will use again and recommend to others.
