Avoid, it all seems reasonable priced then they will try and change items in the order. Then they tried to charge me even more then I already paid. There is just no point.

I have ordered on multiple occasions and am always very happy with the service provided. When one of my items was out of stock I received a phone call to inform me and ask for an alternate choice. I’ve used the online help chat function with success to resolve a query too. Delivery drivers always arrive with a smile. I highly recommend this service

Watch out for all these clearly fake recent 5* reviews. They really are a joke. They only gave half my order, many emails and chats later still nothing. Case open with PayPal. Avoid this company.

The service provided has been great. My recent two orders were delivered as expected, the day after the order was placed. There were some challenges during the peak of COVID-19 which resulted in some delays, but that was understandable, and they seem to have recovered well. Since then everything seems to be very smooth!

My experience with Liqroo was excellent, from beginning to end. I live in South Africa and decided -- the evening before! -- to send my sister in London a special bottle of bubbles for her birthday. Yes, bad planning, I know! Not only did I manage to find the specific brand of champagne she loves on Liqroo, I was able to place my order just in time (with half an hour to spare) for next-day delivery. I was most ably assisted by Sasha on the chat app. She guided me through the process, and when I had forgotten to add a little birthday note with my order, she went afterwards to make sure it would be added to my sister's delivery. She really went out of her way to help make my sister's birthday special. The order was delivered the next day -- well, at 10pm! Annie was staffing the chat app that day, and was also very helpful. I was impressed with Liqroo's service and really pleased my sister got her pressie on her actual birthday. Would most definitely use them again.

Great service. Even when a few things were out of stock they called me and gave me a choice to get a replacement product or a refund. Luckily they were able to stock up a day later and deliver my original order. Bottles extremely well packaged.

I placed an order and specified my name and that of my girl. They came to my shared house and claimed not to know who the order was for and just gave it to one of the housemates. I reached out to Liqroo to get it rectified, no resolution and no refund. Sad.

A brilliant service. Quick reliable and at fair prices. But they need to tidy up their web site. It's not SMM secure and a warning pops up. Also I found that I lost connections a few times whilst scrolling through my order.

I have ordered at least 5 times through Liqaroo and have no issues with the service at all, the staff/driver are so helpful and polite and would recommend this service to my friends.

Given the demand for this company's products the few days wait was to be expected and no problem. I ordered some obscure wheat beer as well as other drinks and when they went to pick it was out of stock, i had a call to say it was out of stock. The caller was helpful and efficient and i switched to another beer. you kept me informed and delivered, What more could i want?
