Awful communication
Just received some sale sandals, which can't be returned according to their website but there are 2 small marks on the shoes, which is not acceptable even for sale items. have emailed them and as yet no response, they do not reply to emails as I sent them an email regarding stock of another sandal over a week ago, but if they don't respond to me and let me return the damaged sandals I will be contacting Trading Standards

Expensive return cost
Online store with a lot of offer and interesting design, but if you don't live in the UK, avoid this store because making a return turns into a very expensive process. Besides paying a return tax of ~€8, they were asked for €60 for shipping return.
While an online store, should offer more economical return options... Asking me for €60 to return it through their shipping "agent", when I only paid €17 for shipping it myself (under the same shipping conditions), doesn't make any sense.

International return policy would have stopped me from buying
I recently bought some boots. As I am in Australia, I received an email before the order was processed to ensure I understood the sizing was in UK sizes.
Unfortunately, the boots needed to be returned. What was not made clear to me was that I was responsible for the payment for the returns. For all international orders, while you email about the sizing, you should mention the return policy. I would never have gone through with the purchase if I knew it would cost me more than half of what I paid to return them. It was $75 dollars!
Should be more upfront about this to international purchasers.

Gorgeous sandals, great prices and great experience all around. Bought two pairs to try and both were gorgeous. Speedy refund for the ones I returned. Very comfy, could happily wear them all day and they looked much more expensive than they were

I made an order, paid for it. However I did not receive any email confirming my order. Tried to call the customer care number mentioned on their website (+97144928752) and this number simply does not work. Sent an email - did not receive a response neither. Looks like it is not legit.

Presley sling back kitten heels I…
Presley sling back kitten heels I purchased the cream pair, looked stunning. Left the house in them for a night out and they absolutely crippled me. Left with sore toes and blisters. Such a shame. I have shoes in very similar style and heel height which cause me no problems.
