I have tried to return an order E591000589A as I think the shoes are faulty ( I can’t get me toes into them) I have tried to contact them via contact form twice and no response!!
There is no phone number either! I tried no listed for their Romford store and it
rings once and then cuts out.
So disappointed and dissatisfied with this lack of response.

Purchased a pair of shoes for sons wedding back in February but didnt wear until wedding day in August, worn only half an hour and tip came off of heel.
Contacted Linzi and sent photos, they emailed with reply of refund or replacement. I opted for refund and I am still waiting to hear from them even though I have contacted them numerous times on the matter.
Today september 24th I still am waiting for this refund, even though i emailed them as they requested after posting review with all details and ha ho! Nothing what a joke this company is....

I recieved my Nora sandals and they are like walking on clouds I would highly recommend these if you are thinking of purchasing infact the other 2 colours are in my basket ready to purchase amazing
Very easy to use Website. The shoes are gorgeous a good fit well made so lovely. They are exactly how they're described just love shoes.
I ordered 3 pairs of different style open toed sandals. My feet are really narrow and in open toe shoes/sandals I can usually size down but having no experience of Linzi I decided not to size down.
All 3 pairs are gorgeous, fit perfectly and they look expensive but were not. They are all comfortable and it’s the first time I’ve ordered sandals online and not sent back.
I loved the packaging, the show boxes were only as big as the sandals, they have a little dust bag so good for popping into when packing for holiday. Delivery was quick. Highly recommend them.
Shoes are absolutely beautiful, however it would have been amazing if I was able to wear them a second time.

I returned three parcels on the 20th July tracked and received all arrived at their location on 23rd July. However, I was contacted by one of the retailers a few days later to say they had received shoes instead of dresses. They quickly provided a solution for me to cover the postage costs and the shoes would be returned and to confirm the location of the dresses which I did. I contacted Linzi, and received an email stating that they would be happy to return the dresses if I sent a prepaid label and confirmation of who would be collecting the parcel i.e., Evri or Royal Mail. I paid £5.95 for the shoes to be returned to me, and £4.95 for the dresses to be collected and returned to me via Royal Mail all confirmed and tracked. The following day Royal Mail attempted to collect the dresses but they were not available. The message also said I could not get a refund and to book another collection. I contacted Linzi but did not receive a response. The shoes were returned in their original packaging with no issue whatsoever. I contacted the other retailer to keep them updated and they were very helpful extending the return date etc. Finally I received communication from
Linzi with the following:
Hi,
Thank you for your email.
As per our policy, when non-branded items are returned, they are disposed of and we are not liable for any incorrect items sent to us.
Once we have received the Linzi shoes back to us a refund can be processed.

Really…..Please make this make sense. Why would you dispose of property that does not belong to you, even after being made aware of my error. Obviously as I cannot return the dresses will not get the £124 refund, and I’ll probably be expected to pay for postage again to return the shoes to you which were kindly returned. I accept the error was made my end but I’m appalled at the way it’s been handled.

I ordered a pair of sandals on the 25th July, which after a week had not arrived, and the Evri tracking showed them as “on its way”, this stayed the same for 6 days. I contacted Linzi Customer Services, to inform them I had not received my parcel, so they can investigate. They stated that Evri needed 72 hours to look into this, after that time I had not been contacted by Customer Services. It took 2 further emails before I received a response from Linzi, which stated that I need to complete a denial of receipt letter so I can claim my refund my Evri! Even though Evri have declared the parcel as lost. They stated they would do the claim on my behalf. They really have no idea of consumer law. I never received my Sandals, as “their” courier has lost them, they should refund or replace and they should claim from Evri. 2 weeks later I still have no sandals and no refund, I won’t be ordering again from this company as their customer service is shocking, and I feel I have been accused of fraudulent activity over a £10 pair of sandals.

If I could give a 0 I would . Be aware when purchasing from this company . I placed my order on July 16th & still have not received my order , the status is showing that it has been passed onto the courier since July 17th. Customer service is looking into the order status with the courier since last Thursday 31st July & I have had no response since despite sending 2 emails . So 3 weeks later money taken & no goods.

Good quality and value. Lovely looking boots. Bought a 2nd pair in another colour.
Bought 2 x pairs of sandals, barely worn and both broken in a short space of time. Sent pictures to show proof of damage, including pictures of the bottom of the sandals showing evidence of little usage, and because I paid with a gift voucher that I'd received for my birthday and didnt keep a receipt as they fit, now they are refusing to deal with my complaint.

I purchased the wide fit sandals. There so comfortable. I normally struggle with sandal width but linzi wide fit are perfect for me. I’ve got most of the styles. Good quality at a reasonable price. Fast delivery.

I recently ordered a pair of shoes in my usual size (UK8) from Linzi. Unfortunately, they were far too small and unwearable, despite being labelled as my standard size. While I understand that sizing can vary between styles, Linzi provides no actual measurements (in cm or inches) in their size guide to help customers make informed decisions. This lack of detail is especially problematic given that they acknowledge themselves that sizing can differ between styles.
When I contacted customer service, they insisted the shoes were “fit for purpose” simply because they were labelled UK8, even though they clearly did not fit as expected. It took multiple emails and references to UK consumer law before they agreed to cover the return postage. However, they still refused to refund the original delivery cost, which legally should be included when an item is not fit for purpose.
Overall, I found the lack of transparency in sizing and the dismissive approach to resolving the issue extremely disappointing. Customers should not be penalised for the retailer’s failure to provide adequate information. I won’t be ordering from Linzi again and would caution others to shop elsewhere if sizing and customer support matter to you.
Also worth mentioning, Linzi shoes are also stocked by Next, who offer free returns and refund the original delivery fee, no questions asked. I chose to order directly from Linzi to support the brand, but clearly that was a mistake. I should have just ordered from Next.
Great sandals, really pleased although I need to return some due to ordering more sryles for choice and fit. Very helpful customer service assistant who had ro sort out a mistake I'd made when entering my email address. Cannot fault the process thank you so much. 10 out of 10!
I purchased initially 3 pairs of sandals and then 4 more because I'm between sizes and I never bought from them before to know which size fits best. From the second order I want to return 3 pairs of which 2 were same type but different sizes. I paid £21.99 for each pair and 1 day or 2 after I bought them, Linzi decided to sell them in the final outlet so no returns accepted. How is that fair??? I know your rules and I respect them, but when I bought the sandals they weren't in the final outlet and I paid much more for them. I need to return them, they don't fit properly and I can't have 2 pairs of shoes in different sizes. If I knew you disrespect your customers like this I would've never purchased from you. It was first and last time. I've been shopping online for a very long time and I've never seen anything like this.
You'll have to help me return the shoes, it would be the right and fair thing to do.
