Helpful person on the phone. Straightforward website and ordering process. Very friendly delivery men. Sadly all was not well once everything was unpacked. The link mechanisms at either end were about 1cm too far apart to close, one drawer doesn't shut easily and the headboards weren't as I'd been led to believe. The resolution was to send me a replacement cheap linking set which means two holes left in the base material and they don't look as good as the originals (to say nothing of the aggro I had fitting it). I felt like I wasn't believed and no further follow up was made or refund offered. These guys were recommended to me and what began as very impressive quickly turned sour. They could have turned it around and I would be a massive advocate, but they didn't and I'm left feeling like I wouldn't use them again (even though I have another bed to order).

I ordered two six foot zip & link memory foam topped pocket sprung beds from Linx Beds for my holiday let. I ordered online as contacting them by phone is an absolute nightmare. When ordering I was asked to choose a delivery date which I did. This was confirmed by email. I was then notified by email that the date had to be moved back by two days which wasn't a huge problem. Bearing in mind I had travelled 215 miles to my holiday let to carry out work & take delivery of the beds I was not best impressed when two days before delivery I was told it would be put back another day. This was unacceptable as I had to return home. I couldn't get through by phone so emailed to complain. My email was dealt with promptly & the delivery was arranged for the date promised. The beds turned up on time & although I haven't tried them out yet they look very good quality. Unfortunately lugging them upstairs just an hour before a long & tedious drive home was far from ideal. Had they arrived when requested this wouldn't have been an issue.
Will I order again? Possibly not because of the changes which threw my plans into disarray.

I've had a guest house for ten years and have bought beds from many different suppliers this is defiantly the best bed I've bought and I will be using the company from now on . Good service and relatively fast delivery on the item, I'm just glad I discovered the company as it makes the whole bed buying process easy.

it seemed a bit of a gamble to buy something as personal and specific as a bed without seeing it and trying it.
We went ahead trusting the consistently positive product reviews.
We are delighted with the quality of the mattress and divan, it compares positively to a product we saw in a showroom at a price 50% higher.

From my first telephone enquiry to taking delivery of our new beds, the service provided by Linx Beds was excellent.
Chris talked me through the various options available for the non-standard mattresses we had and for my part, ordering was effortless. The whole process took about 7 days, and we are very pleased with the beds.
We had chosen the "deliver to a specified room and assemble service" . They arrived when they said they would and put everything together. They took away all the packaging so we didn't have to.
I would recommend Linx Beds to anyone looking for a great product and brilliant service.

We have only had our bed/beds for a short time but the quality appears to be very good, and the service that we received from order to delivery was exceptional. Everything was as ordered and delivered in a couple of days. Well done.

I was keen to get the beds delivered speedily, so contacted Linx beds to confirm they could arrange that. They said they could ... and they did. The beds are great, very reasonably priced and just what I wanted.

The only slight downside was the all day delivery slot, unless I paid a delivery premium.

Overall, very please with the purchase.

Ordering was a breeze - quick & simple. Perhaps delivery (small item sent by post) could have been a bit quicker than 7 days as item was listed as "in stock" but I was not in any hurry.

All in all, as I've already said; Quick, efficient & hassle-free!

Was very pleased with the whole order. Good communication and timely delivery. Delivery guys helpful and pleasant.

I had loads of questions and wanted samples of the material covering the base of the beds, all done with no fuss or bother. I then wanted the beds delivered on another day than the date suggested and this was accommodated without hassle. Very helpful staff.
Beds are great (link beds) with comfy memory foam mattress.

What can I say. The beds are well priced, the mattresses are of a good quality and the delivery is prompt and everyone I spoke to was friendly.

I'll be using them again in the future.

The website is clear and accurate, and on phoning the office, the staff were extremely helpful and polite. Delivery chaps communicated the time of their estimated arrival well and were on time, helpful and friendly. I had, through my own fault, not ordered the correct bed sizes to fit up into an attic room, but received a speedy refund and re-delivery of replacement items on a day convenient to me. The actual bed quality is excellent and fantastic value for money. Would highly recommend!

Great service, quality products at unbeatable prices - simply perfect!

Just taken delivery of our new bed. We run a hotel so have purchased from many different suppliers but 'Linx' service and bed quality is most certainly the best. We usually wait up to 4 weeks for a new bed but not with this company, and the price was also very good. We will be using this company again and recommending to our hotelier friends.
