Excellent company to do business with!
I purchased a CarPlay AI box through Linkifun, the GT7. Most AI boxes suffer from poor software implementation and support, resulting in lockups, application problems and general instability. I’ve tried 10-12 in the past couple years. The GT7 has been rock solid for the year I’ve owned it. The one time I’ve emailed Linkifun customer service, they’ve been very helpful and responsive. I recommend the GT7 to anyone looking for a stable AI box, and Linkifun seems to be very interested in satisfied customers.

Very Bad Product
Very bad indeed, lost my hard earned money watching their circulation on YouTube. Doesn't work at all in Kia Sonet. Very very poor response on calls. Pls don't buy petty chinese product

linkifun blue tooth device for my car
Bought a linkifun blue tooth device for remote applecar play in my jaguar i pace.
One thing to say. This device is stuning!
Very easy instal and works straight away, no more cables needed at all.
Very good product as well the price .
I saw a movie on youtube about this device , somebody showed how it works in a car like mine.

On March 31st I left a 3 stars review stating that I had several issues with the RGB Mini device.
Today I'm revising it because I have had a good after-sale support. I realized the issue was not with the device itself but with my car (SEAT Leon mk3 5f), because I tried it on another car and it worked just fine, connecting immediately. The customer care was very responsive with fast replies and, since I decided to keep the device anyway, they offered me a 60% refund due to the fact that my car model was listed in their compatible vehicles even though my car has issues with the RGB Mini. Wish it had worked, but all in all I'm not complaining!

Really good item does what it says on the tin , had trouble connecting to my car ,contacted customer service they sent me instructions really did they best the distance is a issue takes days just for a couple of messages but you expect that apart from that was a good experience

The product is not very good
The product is not very good, has lots of lag on video play back and video quality very poor. Also has cracking noise on audio when on calls.

GT7H Smart AI Box
I had a great experience with Linkifun. Their customer service was very responsive and helpful in resolving some initial troubleshooting issues I encountered. They were quick to reply and guided me through the process with patience and clarity, which I really appreciated.
As for the product itself, I purchased the GT7H Smart AI Box, and it has exceeded my expectations. It works extremely well and does everything I need it to. The performance has been smooth and reliable, and overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the support I received.

Good products (Basic Andoid Auto/CarPlay Dongles), Efficient Support, Fast Delivery
Ordered 2 CarPlay/Android Auto dongles. So far they are working fine. Ordering was easy and so is the delivery. There was bit of hiccup at the final leg of the delivery, but the support managed it very efficiently and took the ownership of the problem. The problem was resolved and the product was delivered.
